Hmmm well the computer is beautiful, but the tower had a dent in it and it makes noise, I thought it was the speakers so I put in my old speakers and it still makes that same weird noise. Im not crazy about Windows 10, it drives me crazy and it is hard to maneuver through AND……I don’t get microsoft office which totally bites!!! Its not very user friendly in my opinion! But the computer is nice.

Computer great! Peripherals -NG Service Louse!
After only one month of service three keys on the keyboard stopped working. I contacted Dell to get a replacement, and the service agent was quick to agree that they would send me a replacement keyboard/mouse kit (both are needed since they operate on a single Bluetooth receiver) Then the fun began:I was asked for a serial number of the keyboard. The directions to find it were such that I could not locate it. But, when I was putting the keyboard away, I found it under the battery cover. The service agent never suggested it would be there and I never looked there! Had she done that it would have saved at least 15 minutes of my searching for it in the wrong places. Then she made a number of incomprehensible requests which I was unsuccessful in completing. Finally, she wanted a photo of the QR code on the monitor. Than meant that I had to clear my desk and lay the monitor down to get a photo of it on the bottom of the monitor. Then she requested that I email it to her, but Dell’s system rejected the email because the phot was too large! This was after more than an hour on chat with that service rep. I became annoyed with the entire process which seemed from my end to be a way to discourage replacements, and I gave in and told her that I would do no more of her bidding and if Dell wished to replace their defective keyboard, they can send the replacement to me and I would return my old one. But no more of their annoying requests for info.My recommendation is that if you buy from Dell, and I must admit that the computer itself is great, be ready for a long siege if anything goes wrong. I did not purchase Dell’s extended warranty. I plan, if anything goes wrong with the computer when it is out of warranty, to use a service like the Geek Squad rather than Dell.

    Great
The wiring inside the chassis is properly managed so that the computer can maintain a good thermal path during work.
