I’m Happy
I hesitantly ordered this computer AFTER returning another one that was shipped to me (from another seller) that would not even boot up. I was hopeful. I use a desktop to keep my personal info on because I am smart enough not to put sensitive information on my laptop that is constantly dragged between my home and office. I’m a Realtor. I’m a little geeky and am not afraid of computers.Anyway, I was hopeful on this one, but not expecting much. It booted immediately and everything that it said was on it was. It did have WIFI, but also came with a dongle. I’ve used both and the dongle seems stronger for my WIFI.I updated windows and then used Dell’s program to update about 6 of the drivers it needed.Like I said, I only use the desktop for a few programs. No gaming or video editing or such. It does what I need and it was cheap enough. I back up my data on a thumb drive just in case.

My only complaint is that I wish it had a built in hdmi port in order to connect to my tv but other than that, itâs a great product

Did not come with power cable
When I received the product it did not come with a power cable so I had to run to Walmart to grab a cable. Once I was able to connect it everything ran smooth. Iâve only had it connected a few hours so this is a blind review. I will use it for work tomorrow and come back to update my review. For now Iâm leaving 3 stars because it came with no power cable.

The “WiFi Card” seems to be obsolete
The “WiFi Card” seems to be obsolete: hardly receives signal from the Router… as opposed to newer electronics

Great
I got this to replace a tower computer that burned out. I was a little hesitant about purchasing a used (although refurbished) product. I need not have worried. It arrived with a new keyboard and wireless mouse. I plugged it in and it booted up almost immediately. I have been using it for the past few weeks without incident. This is a very good buy.

Get what you pay for
Missing bluetooth adapter. Wifi goes in and out. But ok for homework for only $100.
