What an experience!
This is the second one I purchased within the last month. I was so pleased with it that I ordered another for my sister-in-law, who needed an upgrade. The all in one has the best features. When she received hers, and realized that it did not function, even without the power cord and wifi adapter, she began to notice that there were cracks in the monitor area and the back plate was cracked and became open. I tried to advise the sender but no luck and after a frustrating period we both gave up. I wish there was another, similar to mine, as it has all the features needed. Be Safe, Jerry Costa

Boot up stalls at Welcome screen
Wifi glitchy, requires 3x reset adaptor, won’t find external USB HD, won’t come out of sleep, requires 3x cold reboot, then standard reboot, then reset wifi adaptor, slow, an impossible machine. There’s a reason these things are returned, no amount of ‘refurbished’ fixes them. (Wifi died again sending this review). Itliterally taxes over 15 mins to reboot!Update: The machine just died. It won’t boot past the ‘Welcome’ screen, wasted hours trying to boot in safe mode, bootable media, etc, such a ghastly, awful machine, absolutely nothing but trouble. I shall not ever purchase another Dell product, new, used or refurbished, they break. I have no warrantee left, as is typical, they’re probably sabotage or infected with some kind of bomb that goes off just after warrantee is over to try to get you to buy another.This seller, ‘Refurbanana’ has some nerve passing this off as a refurbished computer, it’s been terrible from the start.

Don’t…save the headache
Very poorly boxed…litterally set in a box, no protection, completely different wonky aftermarket stand than shown, distorted and “bruised” screen, but the biggest failure is no WIFI…Description says WIFI but it doesn’t have it… very disappointing.

Not bad. Wifi card sucks as it is a usb. Hd audio needs hd equipment to maximize the sound. Been using it to mine cryptocoins and is no different from a dual core. All in all decent for price.

It was wrapped up very well. By the time I was able to set this computer up, I realized there wasnât any information or disks to assist in start up. I am in a fix as to many âhow toâ things.I could send it back but donât like that idea either. As of yesterday I am locked out because I donât have a password retrieval disk?Not happy !

Delivery was fast and on date. Nice computer its hard to tell it is a re purposed. Nice and fast computer for what I need. It handles AutoCAD with no problems, which is the most important task. My only griefs was the power cord was the wrong one, not sure what it is for. The mouse definitely has to go, its small and cheap and the keyboard is pretty cheap too but functional. I bought the smart Guard 4 year protection with it so we’ll see how it goes.
