Hard to believe at the price. Very pleased
This probably won’t satisfy a serious gamer, but a midrange gamer, I think so. But I’m not into that so can’t really say. It’s been a while since I had my head under the hood of a PC. I used to build them, lived for the day my Computer Shopper arrived at my mailbox, and was a network consultant in town. Many moons have passed, and now for the past few years I’ve been using a Dell all-in-one at work. 8 gigs ram, integrated video with dual monitors and dual core processor. Really a sloth considering that i run Photoshop, Corel, plus a bunch of web, and Office apps and multi-task. A Lot.So this computer is a very, very significant upgrade. I’ve been very pleased. I bought an I5 a couple months ago for the house, stuck a decent video card in it and thought, this blows my office machine away. So when I got this one, I realized, hey, it blows my new home unit away. It performs to advertised specs and it arrived in excellent condition. On arrival, I opened the case to take a peek at the available PCI slots, memory, drives, etc. The machine looked as though someone went through it, tidied up the cables, blew out the dust and carefully packaged it.Quality components too, so overall they pretty much did what they said they would. Of course, the keyboard and mouse are garbage, and I gave them to our IT guys. I have this Azio mechanical keyboard I’m partial to, and an Arc mouse. But I’m a dinosaur who would still use a Logitech Mouseman 3 button mouse if I could. Sheesh, I’m old!Anyway the shipping 2TB drive is just fine, but I stuck a SDD in there as a boot/OS drive and use the big one for data. Also, I put a 4 gig video card in it to drive two 27″ monitors. I run Photoshop several times a day, and usually with Corel, Word, Powerpoint and a few other smaller apps running (plus email and multiple Chrome tabs). No issues, no bogging. Crisp performance. I am amazed at how quickly Photoshop applies blurs, shades and other process/video intensive tasks. So, for $320 this is really hard to beat.

I got lucky with this one
This little machine has been through a lot and keeps chugging along it even preformed better that the new windows 11 machine i just bought I love this computer it’s up gradable and since it’s an older machine parts are cheap, i got a AMD Radeon R5 430 GPU and with the Intel Core i7-2600 processor this optiplex is a decent machine it may not be able to run 2024 triple A games but it does fine with titles like, fallout 4, gta v, Minecraft with shaders, the sims 4 and I watch movies and sometimes stream to YouTube and do photo editing with gimp and some minor video editing

    Recieived Mini tower Unfortunately.
I was happy with the towers software performance specs ,. however I am completely unsatisfied that I received the mini tower. I Dont like it at all. I wanted This computer, but normal sized tower. This means if ever anything goes wrong inside the computer, I cannot fix it nor can I upgrade memory or anything else inside .If I ordered this mini tower by accident which I don’t believe I did, but if I did I am angry at myself for it. once I read the specs of this computer it was exactly what I was looking for and I watched videos of people showing the inside of the normal sized towers and it was a very strong selling point for me because it was open and everything was easy access and plenty of room to see everything ,.. this mini tower is the exact opposite. super compact you open it up and I don’t think there is anything in it I could repair or upgrade because it is put together so tightly and there is no room to do anything or see any of the parts. ….. aside from that it seems to work just fine. functionality I would give it five stars, but overall product rating I would give it two or maybe three stars.

Adam not as described and poor customer service
When I received my Dell computer and hooked it up I kept getting a message that said input output error. Call the supplier and ask why I was getting the error message? The guy I was talking to laughed and said it sounds like we didn’t plug up one of the connections I’ll send you a video link and show you how to take The Tower apart and check the connection I had to remove the hard drive and sure enough one of the plugs was not connect had to plug it up reinstall the hard drive. Another issue I had was there was no Wi-Fi as listed in the product description. The main reasons I bought this new desktop was because it had Wi-Fi. On my old desktop I was using a Wi-Fi USB connection and it kept dropping the signal. My laptop had built in Wi-Fi and I never had an issue. The tech I spoke with said oh it looks like we forgot to install Wi-Fi, he told me he would send me a link to purchase a USB adapter to enable Wi-Fi well that was the main reason I bought this desktop was because I did not want to fool with the USB adapter. He also told me that they would issue me a credit for the cost of the USB Wi-Fi and I never received that. Based on my experience I would not recommend this vendor.

Great product well worth the money.
Arrived 6 days early. Looks like new. Set up was easy no troubles. Computer runs really good , it is fast. A vary good value. Never asked for product code on set up. Then got a warning sent to trouble check it ran. Then It asked for code. I entered code. It registered on first try. I have had no ttroubles what so ever. I had more trouble finding a display port adapter to HDMI here locally then anything. Which I did find at office depot . So if you purchase and plan on using dual monitors. I recommend when you purchase the tower from Amazon to buy one.

This system is Small Form Factor (SFF) and it ought to be mentioned in the description. The system is functioning and it is clean. Optically the only issue, the DVD used doesn’t fit in exactly the space available. I wished you omitted this altogether and put a bezel cover instead! I had bought a video card with HDMI to be used with this system but the size will not allow. I shall not return it, will keep it. I am giving you 3 stars, to be fair!

Initial order was cancelled for some reason unknown to me but second was delivered promptly. No documentation at all except for installing windows 10. Computer freezes regularly and I have to reboot by turning off power – task manager is unresponsive.
