Missing monitor and sound bar remote doesn’t work
I’m a PC gamer and have a nice expensive set up, well my 6 year old likes playing on mine but wanted his own so I purchased this bundle as an inexpensive beginner set up of his own.Starting off I wasn’t impressed my the tracking of the package and it was a day later than the 2 day expected delivery window, which was frustrating but not a big deal. Finally when the package came I opened the box to set it up for my kiddo only to notice that the monitor that was supposed to come with the bundle was nowhere in site. All other parts were there except a monitor, monitor power supply. It even came with an HDMI/monitor adapter just not monitor. I reached out to the seller (via Amazon) and am waiting for a response. I then began to layout and hook up the equipment I did receive. Monitor and everything turned on just fine but haven’t been able to test it without the monitor. Also the sound bar came with a remote but it doesn’t do anything. Haven’t tried changing the battery yet since it came with the plastic battery disconnect that you remove so the battery ISNT dead before use. So we will see if that fixes it.Overall not impressed in the slightest by the company as of yet and haven’t even began to test the tower for functionality. Would not recommend purchasing from this seller at all so far we will see how their customer service is when or IF I hear back from them.

My honest opinion
I’ve been using it daily for about a month and it’s impressive. The specs are excellent, I would buy another without a second thought. Has handled gaming and video editing effortlessly and boots up faster than I can log in. The monitor is bright and clear although I would like to give the computer graphics upgrade in the future. On first startup I did have one problem, a tag from the RGB lights got caught in the fan but I was able to easily reposition it. I’ve bought refurbished computers in the past and it wasn’t near as good as this package. I was skeptical at first, expecting everything to feel extremely cheap but honestly the quality is excellent.

Good pc for the price
I just bought this pc for my son , it was easy to install only one issue. The screw for the stand to monitor wasnât the accurate size, but easy fix had one in my tool box. The pc runs smoother than I thought! My son only plays Roblox so I downloaded the game and tested myself, smooth as butter. This is the first day of having it, will keep you posted.

Broken monitor and no power cord
My son received this for his birthday and was SO EXCITED! Until we realized there was no power supply cord for the monitor. I went and bought one. We noticed the film on the protector was scratched, but the monitor seemed fine, until it kicked on. There was obviously some sort of blunt pressure, it is pixilated on a white background and non-responsive. Amazon couldn’t help, called manufacturer, the line disconnected. Emailed them and now about to go buy another computer monitor to try and salvage what’s left of my son’s 10th bday.
My wife loves this computer easy to install everything works great! –

Works great, temporarily
Worked great for the first month. Then lights and fan stopped working on unit. Unable to multitask (static tab and image editor on another). Entire system froze and had to be rebooted. Still cannot edit images or short videos. Unable to upgrade to Windows 11 because of incompatible components. Monitor became pixelated and no longer reads ‘black’. Great for younger student or someone that doesn’t need to multitask. Easy to set up. Everything I needed to run was included in the bundle. Love the keyboard and mouse. Already replaced the monitor and CPU.

HDMI port on backside of PC not working. Unable to use monitor
Photo’s not available yet. The HDMI Port on the back side of the PC does not work. The cord supplied to go from the PC to the monitor is the HDMI… The monitor supplied does not have a port other than HDMI.All the lights on the keyboard and mouse and the PC itself are very distracting. Especially on the keyboard. The lights make it difficult to see the keys… They may be cute for kids, but for an adult its just makes seeing the keyboard more challenging.Overall, the PC itself seems to work fine. But the original Monitor and HDMI port on the PC are not working. Being it was a package deal, that portion of the package is useless at a $ cost to me.

Guaranteed frustration, disappointment, and headaches
This was a cheaply rebuilt pc, with cheap parts from the 1990s/early 2000s. The description is inaccurate, this is not a gaming computer. I wouldnât consider this as a computer, it doesnât work. The only thing working were the neon lights. This is nothing more than a novelty item, meant to trick you into buying. Donât be fooled. THIS IS NOT A FUNCTIONAL COMPUTER. Computer is inaccurate. Non functional toy is more appropriate. With no more than $20, if that.
