I purchased this refurbished/reconditioned desktop PC about a month ago. Thus far, a very good bye. It is quiet. I have it on top of my desk because of the small form-factor, and, quite frankly, that I like. No more crawling under the desk to attach dongles or other plug-in gadgets. Seeing-how I’m the only one using it, I keep it in sleep mode most of the time, so the wake-up response is right on point. It handles all my computing task without a hiccup, and it came with very little bloatware to speak of, which is always a plus. The setup was quick and easy and all my peripherals [printers and the like] loaded with no problem. Unless your a serious gamer, [and need speed galore] refurbished/reconditioned is the way to go in my opinion. Best money spent on PC in years….

I needed to replace a computer that was 8 years old and so slow It took too long to do anything. Got the Dell Vostro 3910 for a great price, it’s very fast and has all the storage I need.

Computer has a lot of good features.
Liked the speed of delivery. Has plenty of memory and great storage capacity. Had trouble downloading my old window 10 harddrive on new 11 harddrive and windows outlook. Working on restoring old data time consuming. Hope to get it done in a week or so. Old record emails may be gone forever.

I am a regular (sometimes excessive) Amazon buyer. I do my best to avoid third-party vendors. They deliver slower, stating different deliveries, and are usually late. Buy this time, on Amazon, I was sold a NEW Computer Desktop that wasn’t new. I had problems transferring. I went to my computer shop, and they fixed it. Then the keyboard and mouse didn’t work, and it worked on my other computers. I called Dell, and it took me 10 minutes to get someone on the phone in BFEgypt. Three people later, I was told it was an old computer with no warranty. I was more than upset. I already had an additional $187 for transferring from my old computer, which was too much for what I paid. Be careful ordering computers online. Not always new. Very disappointed.

I definately love it but…
i definately love it but it had bare minimum graphics for alot of my games. this is kind of on me for not knowing if i could upgrade the gpu or not but this is my first time with my own computer.Pros:easy setup,can run the vast majority of my games without my video card crashingcan handle streaming and a game for the most partCons:i have to spend more money than i thought but that’s the average pc ownermy video card did crash like three time when i was playing sea of thieves with my friendother than those two issues its a great pc and i 1000% recommend it
