Great service on a great laptop
What I liked most is there were no surprises with this laptop. The only thing I noticed was the USB dock was not sent. Not a big deal for me as I have a Dell docking station. The laptop was in excellent condition and has worked flawlessly.

IST Hub not recieved and damaged packaging
I bought because i wanted to use it with my setup, and there was supposed to be an adapter for the monitors and normal pendrives, but there was none in the package.The package bubble wrap was also pretty busted, and when i opened it i was scared that it might not be intact the way i assumed it was handled.Great laptop tho.

Disappointing
I am a small business owner and needed to replace my laptop. Researched options and this Dell seemed perfect. Worked great for approx 3 hours the first day. The next morning about 1 hr into using it, the screen began to flicker as shown in video. Briefly stopped flickering after closing then reopening lid but the flickering recurred multiple times. I have several videos just like this. No way do I want to keep what appears to be a defective laptop. It seemed like a nice machine with good reviews. I donât know why my particular laptop was not functioning properly. This was my first Dell experience. Unfortunately, it was a bad first impression for me. Contacted seller and returned/refunded without a hitch. Bought an HP. So far, so good.

I have purchased laptops from every major brand (Dell, HP, IBM/Lenovo, MSI, Toshiba) and love the Latitude series from Dell the best. This laptop is a business class laptop with frequent updates from Dell and has been great to work with.

Screen Glitches
Right as soon as I opened the laptop it went to set up mode. That’s fine. But when I tried to log into my Microsoft account the screen began to glitch. After a little while the glitching stopped.. that leaves me with some concerns. If it starts to glitch again I am going to contact the company and hopefully get a replacement. I’ll keep you all updated.
