Do they serve their purpose? Yep!
Are these high-quality, long-lasting earphones? Nope! Are they perfectly good cheap earphones that will work for the school year? Yep! I bought them because I know theyâll be abused, wadded up, spun around and likely lost before they even break. Cute colors, good enough sound quality, great price.

Great fit and sound
I love these, I use them pretty much everyday. I bought them for my kids school supply list but took a pair for myself. The fit is very similar to the old wired Apple ones, the wire is long enough to be functional but not be in the way. The sound is great, these are a great deal!

These are pretty much all hard plastic. Not a lot of padding. (none really) but they do what they promised to do. If you play a lot of games. or use your phone a lot. and find yourself constantly pulling something. out of that 3.5 mm earbud hole., these may be what you need. especially if you have kids. or are clumsy yourself and might be prone to breaking earbuds that are more expensive. These are pretty. and not a bad deal for the price. They have all the basic features most users would expect today. The only complaint I have is they might be a little uncomfortable if you have small, sensitive ears.

I feel like I go through a lot of headphones. Like sunglasses, I have to decide if spending more on something higher quality is better, or just accepting they will be lost or broken, so I should not spend too much is the way to go. I decided on quantity over quality for both, and for headphones, this is my go to. For me and for my son, I order these cute colors, acceptable quality headphones, knowing they may be lost, smooshed, or eventually stop working instead of buying something expensive that can end up doing the same. I will order again, when I lose the ones I am using now, and will be happy

Poor quality
Fine at first. Quickly developed sound quality and volume issues. Maybe theyâd last longer if my mic plug wasnât on the bottom and the wire wasnât bent because of that – however, I havenât had these problems this quickly with other non-Apple brands.

Made in China goodness
Made in the good olâ PR of C, got these to use with my little IPod Shuffle while running or jumping rope. This is my third time buying them, and I didnât realize it until I checked my order history, but the previous two both lasted about 16 months. Each one lasts a few months before something comes loose and one of the speakers goes out, then I toss it and move on to the next color. When Iâm on the last one I order a new 5 pack to make sure I donât get stuck without a pair, since I cannot do cardio without loud music distracting me from the pain. Sound quality is satisfactory for my needs, and at $12 a pop every 16 months or so, I am perfectly satisfied with the value.

Good earbuds at great price
I am an audiobook addict. I have earbuds in most of the time. I had tried earbuds that were shaped like these without the “ear pads” and they were great, didn’t fall out of my ears all the time like the other. So I saw these and gave it a try. Design is the same as the others, but they don’t stay in my ears quite as well… but the sound is good. I think for the price I got a great deal.Aug 15, 2022 update – I went through 3 of the 5 sets I bought in about a little better than a year. For the price I’m thinking that is ok. I still love how they fit my ear. I know all wired items like this are delicate and since I’m wearing them almost all the time. I’ve had them in while my iphone dropped from my pocket – at least my phone didn’t land on the cement but I think it damaged the wire. So for about $3 each I can’t complain. My husband wanted to watch his portable dvd player, forgot his headset I loaned him my earbuds and he was happy. He is EXTREMELY hard of hearing but without his hearing aids in he was able to here with these buds. I’m buying another set. I’m thinking that I could spend a lot more and the expensive ones would not survive any better than these affordable ones.
