Good, but headphones are quite small
It’s a good device, with excellent value for money, but I’d just like to point out that the headphones are quite small and after a fairly short time – say 45 min – I start to feel a little sore.

Ultimately, these are trash.
It took about 5 weeks for the audio issues to really kick, in and by 6 weeks, it was consistently spacing out during my calls enough to pause videos i was playing or send my calls to speaker as if the headset had been unexpectedly disconnected. It lasted until right after my return window closed. It was great while it lasted, but it’s just frustrating trash now. I would not recommend and will not buy again.

Great quality mic and sound but USB connection isn’t great and the earpads are not that comfortable…hurts my ear after just a few minutes on virtual meetings.

This headset is not compatible with every phone.
This headset wasn’t compatible with the phone that we purchased it for. The plug-in adapter wouldn’t allow the phone to connect and be used. Also included in the order was a cellphone case for a Samsung Galaxy S10 phone and the case was smaller than the phone. We’re returning both items. Thank you.

I needed a replacement for an old Jabra headset and saw this one. It offered USB type C connector so I figured I could plug it onto my phone as well. When I got it I did a recording test comparing the sound of this headset and my old Jabra and I was impressed with the voice quality on the recording. The sound on both ears is also amazing and this headset is definitely worth for the price line, beating some on the upper layers easily. It feels sturdy, it worked on all computers I tried it and also my android phones. Sure recommend it.

The headset is lightweight, and the microphone performs well as expected. The foam padding feels a bit cheap considering the $40 price point.

I have previously used the Logictech headphones however needed to purchase a set with USB – C and this was the only available option at the price point. Decent headphones but light weight and thin cord. Not uncomfortable but not as comfortable as the logitech ones. Work fine and as described.

Yes, they worked the first time straight out of the box. Plugged them into the USB, put them on, and voila – better sound than my tinny loudspeakers on my laptop. Hope they keep running as promised.
