This Has Become My Full-Time Keyboard!
As someone who owns both the Wooting 60HE and SteelSeries Apex Pro, I’m no stranger to the cutting-edge magnetic and rapid-trigger technologies found in brand named keyboards. I enjoy exploring alternatives that deliver comparable results without the insane price tags (for context, Wooting is $200 + retail), and the Epomaker HE75 Mag keyboard is quite the golden nugget. Despite having an impressive collection of mechanical keyboards, this one has swiftly claimed the spot as my daily driver.Out of the box, it comes with the essentials: a readable and clear manual of instructions, cable, a few extra switches, keycaps (especially if you want to replace the volume knob which is an option), and a keycap puller. The keyboard is pre-programmed with magnetic switches and serves its purpose as a rapid trigger keyboard, I really don’t plan on hot swapping this keyboard with some yellow, red, or brown switches anytime soon. However, if you must, the hot-swappable option is there. In addition, the usb dongle is housed in the back of the keyboard which is so efficient and convenient, especially if you’re a tech geek like me who has so many of these stored in a container so they don’t get lost somewhere in the house.What I love most about this keyboard, is the ability to customize it with RGB and different typing modes at the tip of your fingers such as rapid trigger, comfort typing, and gaming mode. As someone who already has enough programs downloaded on my PC, I try to hold virtual space for essential programs and not needless ones for the sake of customizing RGB colors on my keyboard. In addition, considering how often I play FPS games, the rapid trigger and gaming modes are an absolute game-changer. Just the other day, I already noticed significant improvement in my game play thanks to the gaming typing feature. Just be weary that if you’re also chatting up with friends on discord, the typing is a bit sensitive on that setting. Thanks to the manual settings, you can quickly alternate between FN + 1 and FN + 3 seamlessly.The RGB options are very simple too. I typically like to have one static setting to a pink/purpleish color which compliments this keyboard so well and its purple ombre theme. I love that you can alternate between different backlight effects and other colors depending on your preferences too.The keystrokes are so smooth and don’t feel too light nor too heavy. With it’s tactile feedback for having linear switches, this makes the responsive performance just that much more lovely.All of which to say the price tag just makes this an incredible deal, and worth every penny. If you’re stuck between SteelSeries and Wooting, allow me to help you make a decision already. Go with the Epomaker. You won’t be disappointed.

Really nice mechanical keyboard
I own a couple of other mechanical keyboards but I wouldn’t consider myself a keeb enthusiast. So there’s a lot that I don’t know other than this isbprobably the nicest of the keyboards that I own now. I love the knob as I find myself using it all the time to adjust the volume. It’s SO handy! I don’t think I can go back to a keyboard without a knob now. My understanding is that these magnetic keys now allow faster trigger responses which is a for competitive gaming. Since I’m not a competitive gamer, I don’t think I get any real advantage with this keyboard over a “normal” mechanical keyboard. However, the keys feel good using this for everyday utility versus using my laptop keyboard. It feels better than my mx cherry brown switches too. Currently using this as my daily driver. I do miss a numpad.though so I may get a separate numpad to use alongside this.

This keyboard is awesome if you’re looking for a cheaper version of the wooting this is the perfect choice shipped not only fast but was well made and everything I could ask for! Clear instructions on what to do if your trying to change anything software is good if you get confused they have a online instruction manual and a physical version so no excuse for not knowing how to change the settings its fairly simple. Thank you so much for the keyboard!

Very affordable hall effect keyboard
First off this keyboard looks very clean and pretty. The purple to black keycaps look great. The south facing LEDs are bright, and give the keyboard a good brightness.The keyboard has hall effect magnetic switches which is probably it’s selling point. It’s very responsive and great for gaming. Though some of the rapid trigger features might be banned from certain games. The actuation of the switches can be configured with the epomaker driver. It’s good and easy to use.In addition to gaming, the keyboard is great for a daily driver. It’s a joy to type on. For a pre built gaming, magnetic switch keyboard it sounds pretty good without any mods.The wireless mode which just fine with no noticable lag. The wireless dongle has a nice storage slot under the keyboard to keep it safe.The only downside is the recessed USB slot. Some of my coiled USB cables are too thick to get to the recessed USB slot.Overall, a very affordable hall effect keyboard that looks great.

I have tested many EPOMAKER keyboards and they mostly have outstanding quality overall. This keyboard is no different but they key presses are a bit lighter than the average linear switch so that might be nice for some and terrible for others. I do not think this is a solid universal gaming keyboard for that reason but those looking for a red-like switch experience but perhaps a touch lighter will be happy. I found the noise modest but perhaps not as dampened as other EPOMAKER keyboards I have tested. The design is as advertised and I found no issues with input lag. It’s a nice light-feeling keyboard.
