It is not a good or even ok tablet. I returned it. It’s slow. It freezes. It’s just very poor performance and since I’m really not a tech savvy person nor do I can to be, it says a lot if I say it’s bad. I normally don’t care as long as it works right.

Good tablets
Easy to use not very complex, I love to cast from the tablet to my 50 inch smart tv, about the capacity of the SD card my advice do not use an SD card that’s greater than 256gb otherwise it would behave funny, other than that media works fine, not sure about texting cause I haven’t tried it yet still working on it.

Crashed after a few weeks
Waste of money. Crashed after few weeks and even with paying extra warranty still waiting for satisfaction since Christmas!!!!! I am getting back to this after having a stroke and unable to finish from earlier how can I return it for replacement please

I got this for my son for Christmas. Tablet would not connect to keyboard. Now it won’t turn off. It won’t do a factory reset. Don’t waste your money. This tablet is crap. The contact info for trouble shooting is no good, as in it doesn’t work. So what’s the point in even putting that in QR vode to contact if it’s invalid?!?!
