As most of us do, I made a decision to buy this desk based on reviews and price. I was aware that this wasn’t a high-end desk, but I did expect that it would actually work.I took my time putting this desk together. Before I assembled the entire thing, I thought ahead (haven’t always done that in the past…I can learn) and plugged in the motor to be sure it worked. The motor turned on and rotated.When I got to the step in the instructions where I was to secure the motor to the underside of the desk, the motor did not fit as described. The instructions showed two pieces of rubber on either side of the motor that were to be secured to the bottom of the desk with supplied screws. The problem was that the motor did not lie flat to the bottom of the desk as pictured. Yes, I verified that I followed the instructions properly, yet the motor simply did not reach the desk in order to secure it to the desk.I then looked at some YouTube videos on assembling this product and saw something strange. The desk and motor in these videos (same item name & number) were NOT the same as the desk in front of me. These desks were more solid and the motor was 2 to 3 times larger than the one I had been given.This made me come back here to look through the reviews again. After looking at photos and videos here, it was clear that this company is using reviews that were for a superior product. A product that received many positive reviews. Purchasers were happy with it. At some point, they replaced parts with inferior ones, but kept the model name and number. FALSE ADVERTISING!I went through the proper channels here on Amazon and was put in touch with the seller. I included photos (as requested) and described my situation. I made it clear that I was not looking for a full refund and that I would be satisfied with a replacement motor that actually worked.This seller is apparently not in the U.S. as all communication was sent at 2am (PST), making it take days to communicate with them. In each of their three replies, they ignored what I had written and suggested that I do things that were impossible – like secure the motor to the bottom of the desk.I finally called Amazon back and told them that I would not be communicating with the seller any longer. They wanted to give me a full refund, but they wanted me to disassemble and return the desk! I spent WAY too much time hiding computer cables and assembling the desk to start the process all over again.My advice–based on this experience–is to spend a little few more dollars and purchase a different desk from a different seller. I thought I had gotten a pretty good deal, but the time spent on this has now put me in the negative.So, I am now the owner of a standing desk that I will not be able to stand at – unless I find a replacement motor that makes this desk actually work. For now, I have wasted too much time on this and have to get some overdue work done.

Es buen escritorio para lo que incluye. No estoy de acuerdo con el precio se me hace muy caro pero es el precio estandard para este tipo de muebles. En cuanto a acabados la cubierta se ve bien, es de aprox 1 pulgada de espesor. El acabado en negro, que pedí, se ve bien terminado. Tiene algunos detalles en los bordes con que está algo despostillado pero en realidad nada grave. SIGUE TRAYENDO EL ERROR DE LOS HOYOS PARA ATORNILLARLO A LAS PATAS. A LA FECHA DE ESTA RESEÑA DIC 2023 LO TRAE. Pero considero que no es algo grave aunque debería ser corregido porque es un producto que pagamos para que venga en perfectas condiciones y de ensamble. Fuera de eso, el motor es muy bueno, la consola para elevarlo se ve bien terminada, como en plástico piano black con luces LED y eso me gusta porque es lo que más luce del escritorio además de la cubierta. El motor es bastante silencioso también. En cuanto a los plásticos en pasacables, llantas y ganchos, es aceptable, plástico ABS promedio y eso no quita la pasable calidad general del escritorio. En cuanto a rigidez es bueno ya que la cubierta viene dividida en 2 paneles que se unen mediante taquetes y placas de acero atornilladas, así realmente queda muy rígido. Uno puede apoyarse con confianza sobre el escritorio y no se va a tambalear ni a tronar. Aguanta bien una PC y mucho más. En general estoy contento con mi compra y en el color que elegí el acabado se ve bien. Saludos

Muy satisfecho con la compra.Buscaba una mesa regulable en altura y esta cumple perfectamente su función.Es muy fácil de montar y no tuve problemas para hacerlo, aunque pensaba que era un solo tablero (quizás no leyera bien las especificaciones).El desplazamiento hacia arrtiba y hacia abajo es suave con un motor bastante silencioso.La utilización de la memoria de altura es muy práctica para que se adapte siempre a las necesidades.Como aspecto menos satisfactorio destacaría el grosor de los tableros. Parecen poco resistentes aunque para un uso normal no parece un problema. En última instancia, si se rompiera con acoplar otro tablero sería suficiente. Lo importante de esta mesa es la estructura y sistema de motor.
