Great Tablet
This tablet works great for what we needed, a small, easily mobile windows computer. Not only is it a quick tablet, it seems to hold a charge longer than expected. Would probably purchase again.

For the price, an excellent product
The tablet works very well. My only complaint is no easy way to move boundry lines on forms — like expanding a column in a spreadsheet. I could find no way to grab the line and move it. Other than that, the tablet performed better than I expected and is easy to use. For the price, this is a bargain.

Great Windows 11 PC
I was a bit hesitant about ordering the Fusion5 computer because I did not know how it would perform. Any doubts I had are gone. My Fusion5 did not come with Windows 11 but it was ready to download the Windows 11 upgrade. It was very fast in its downloading and I have had no complaints about the upgrade. I have had Windows 11 on my desktop computer for a while and have had very few problems. On my tablet, the startup is very quick and all of my apps work very well. Fusion5 has done a great job of providing a top notch computer for a very good price and I consider it to be a great value. Amazon was able to get the computer to me in a very timely manner, and there was no damage from the shipping.If I had any wishes, it would be that the tablet were a larger size, but I have learned to adapt to the smaller size and it is easier to carry when I take it while I am away from home. I can use my larger desktop monitor when I am at home.Averall, I would rate this with five stars in every aspect.

Failed in less than a year – Company doesn’t stand behind warranty
Tablet is ‘ok’ for the price, if it doesn’t fail. The warranty is basically useless as the company requires you to spend hours troubleshooting and then tries to make you reinstall the Operating System. I clearly sent them pictures, and an explanation, that my device does not show any available storage devices (from within BIOS). I even attempted to follow their instructions and reinstall the OS, to which I received the same error message regarding no available storage media to install on. At this point I had already spend more than a week with emails back and forth, extremely inefficient and frustrating. I threw the unit in the garbage and purchased a different model. Seller wanted me to ship it back to them, I didn’t have the time nor did I care to do business with this seller after this fiasco. Buyer beware, these are very cheap, plastic, slow, tablets. They can barely run Windows 10/11 to which response times are very slow and if you have any kind of hardware issue, you likely won’t be able to get a replacement as the seller doesn’t care and has no problem wasting your time with one email reply per day, sometimes 2 days (if you’re lucky).

I BOUGHT THIS TABLE FOR USE WHEN AT HOME AND NOT NEAR MY MAIN WINDOWS LAPTOP COMPUTER OR TRAVELING WITH OUT MY LAPTOP. THIS TABLET IS SMALL AND SNAPPY AND WORK GREAT.

Ordered the Fusion5 tablet and received it a day early than the scheduled delivery date. Easy to set up and really enjoy using it. Good battery life, quality, and at a good price. Looking now to find a keyboard to complete the setup.

I think its better on Windows 10
The battery life on these are great the ports feel extremely tight when you plug and unplug from them, which is strange to me but the device is brand new.Not crazy about Windows 11 though, the OS is way too heavy and has less features. I put 10 on mine.Based on the specs and storage capacity of this device you really have no business putting Windows 10 or 11 on it as the installation itself will eat 30GB.Now had you loaded Windows 8.1 on this thing and perhaps used a standard touchscreen or even an open source driverwe would have a really nice device on our hands.The USB 3 port and the USB C port provide just enough repair room to keep it alive for a while. I’m a really big fan of ports-the more, the merrier.I’ve even found that it has no problems loading Linux on it and most of the functions work out of the box except for the touchscreen. It seems Secure Boot and Legacy Support are set already.I spent a few hours searching around but eventually I found some drivers that will work for it, although the closest working touchscreen driver I have produces a dead spot near the middle, but its not so bad I can’t use it for the time being.I’ve also tried loading Android x86 on this. The touchscreen does function but the calibration is way off. Everything else is fine. There is hope for it if you understand the Linux architecture enough to change that.EDIT 3/19/2024This is a Batocera emulation machine now, it handles all my retro games, even my ps2 games work fine with it.Everything but the touch screen and 3 axis sensor work on this operating system as well

Compré esta tablet para usar en el trabajo, sólo para tener una presentaciones y enviarlas al proyector, nada que ocupará un gran espacio. Sin embargo, al actualizar windows ya no volvió a encender, buscando en internet no soy la única persona que le ha sucedido, y uno podrÃa pensar, se reinstala windows y listo. Pues no… se puede instalar windows pero la tablet no funciona al 100 es decir, la pantalla táctil, el giroscopio, el sonido y otras funciones no sirven, tienes que reinstalar los drivers que son especÃficos de la tablet (lógico) el problema viene cuando los buscas y en la página oficial de la marca no están en soporte técnico, buscando más a profundidad no los encuentras por ningún lado y tienes que mandar la tablet a reparación con uno de sus técnicos. (lo cual te genera gastos de envÃo) ya que no pueden enviar los drivers (cabe señalar que otras marcas si puedes encontrar los drivers en sus páginas de forma gratuita), si alguien tiene una tablet de estas y me puede ofrecer una imagen iso o donde encontrar los drivers de recuperación para instalarla en la mÃa se lo agradeceré muchisimo.

It worked ok at first. I used daily for around an hour a day. After less than 2 months it started making a whirring sound when in use. A few days later I got a blue screen of death and the device no longer works. So worked out to be pretty expensive given the lifespan!

I’m becoming a big fan of Fusion5 products and this Windows tablet is consolidating that view. I already had two laptops and an android tablet from this company and was looking for a good quality Windows tablet at an equally good price so I did not hesitate to look at Fusion5 as the source. This fits the bill perfectly.Immediately upgraded to Windows 11 and it has so far done all I have asked of it. One of its main uses for me is to be able to sit in a cafe with a coffee and a portable device to develop MS PowerApps, use Office applications or watch YouTube as a break (yeah, down that rabbit hole!). Perfect match for my needs.Simply a very versatile device from which I know I will get a great deal of use.

Bought this to partiality replace an aging laptop for everyday tasks such as Internet, emails, streaming videos, etc. and am very pleased with it so far. Performance is certainly quick enough for my needs, and the display is bright and clear and responsive. My only small criticism is that the sound is a bit tinny.Delivery was fast and set up was easy, though there could have been more explanation in the guide about basic things like the function of the blue led and use of the various ports.Windows 11 was loaded, even though the item description says Windows 10.Overall the tablet is good value for money and I wish I had bought one earlier.

The tablet works well enough but curiously it needs a dedicated adaptor and jack to charge it, and doesn’t seem to be able to charge from the USB type C port, as one would expect for such a device in this day and age.
