UPDATE: After I posted my original review (see below), someone from the company reached out to me and offered to send a replacement unit to try to address the one issue I raised with the Watch Charger. A few days later the replacement arrived and worked perfectly. So now I can say: Great looking product, great support and works well.The product is one of the best looking 3-in-1 apple chargers I could find. It is nice and compact and fits and looks great on a desk or night stand. It has a solid and professional look. So I really wanted to love it. But unfortunately it does not work consistently. It seems to charge my phone OK even with the leather case I have. The same for my Air Pods Pro (although the placement is quite sensitive). But the Apple Watch charging only works sporadically./intermittently. I tried it with 3 different apple watches (a 4, 8 and ultra). All had the same issue. The watch would start charging but then randomly stop charging, make a “ding” noise, light up the apple watch display and thens start charging again. It looks like it looses the charge/contact and then restarts. It means that (a) it takes very long to complete a full charge and (b) I suspect is really bad for the battery (for 1 full charge it is like your are putting it on the charger 50 times). I even ordered a 2nd one to see if it would be different, but it was worse and it looked like I received a used/open box item that was missing a cable and the stand showed visible wear and tear. If the watch charging worked consistently I would give this 5 stars.

UPDATE: The company reached out to me. They said the issue was my phone (XS Max) isnât compatible. Not sure why, it has wireless charging capabilities and a MagSafe case. However, they did send me a different version that is working great so far. Not sure what else they could have done. Iâm satisfied with the results and have changed my rating.Donât buy this charger, poor connectivity.At first it was great. Very convenient and cleaned up my nightstand having everything charging in one place. After a few weeks my phone wonât charge consistently. I have to attach it several times to get it to start charging, then it will stop at some point and the light starts flashing. Very disappointing.

This little charging station keeps my phone, watch, and EarPods going. I like that the green light comes on when a new item is placed on the charger properly so you know itâs charging. Itâs also convenient to have everything in one place for ease of use and organization. The quality of the charger is good, Iâve been using for over a month with no issues.

Update: After leaving the review below the company got in touch with me and offered me a full refund AND a brand new charge etc. they shipped it quickly and I received the replacement and the refund within a couple of days. This is exactly the kind of customer service I have been waiting to see from any vendor. These guys stand by their product and make it right if there are any issues at all. The replacement item works flawlessly and is exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for this product. Nice job to the vendor. Knocked or out of the park. 10/10 for customer service.*******************************************Plug and play, but there are a few issues. My biggest issue with it is that my iPhone 14 will not charge if it is upright. I have to lay it across the base to align the charger. Not what I expected since the picture shows it upright. I have tried it without a case and still no luck lining it up to charge unless I lay it sideways. I have also found my phone not completely charged all the way to 100% in the morning. Not sure what is going on with that. It has only happened a few times. When you place an item on a charge port you get a green light on the front of the charger that goes away after a few seconds, but it lets you know you have it in the right spot. It is not a giant chunk of plastic so it doesn’t take up a whole lot of room on my bedside table. If it wasn’t for the charging position and the intermittent charging issue I would have given it 5 stars.

Great idea for work desk
I absolutely loved this product. All my products in one place. Even when the earpiece never would charge my EarPods I still used for the phone and watch. Fast charging and I could still use my phone while it was charging to watch you Tube etc. But then the phone part stopped charging as well so all I use it for is to charge my watch which still works. Just waiting on this part to give out smh. I tried the companies support video and page but no resolutions are for my issue. Sadly money wasted.Gave a 3 because at least it worked good for 2 areas and the design.
