Great item
Our charging cord stopped working so I was browsing through available chargers when I came across this one. A little hesitant to purchase this because most of these things are snake oil and don’t really work as good as advertised. This charger is awesome! For this price I was expecting some cheap plastic one, but this is made really well. I like that this has grip on the bottom so it doesn’t slide around. I loved it so much I bought one for son. Definitely recommend this item.

Controllers don’t charge
My son lives this thing but it doesn’t charge the controllers we’ve been using regular batteries but decided to get new rechargeable ones tonight ot would charge the controllers hoping maybe the original rechargeable batteries were no good but nope still does not charge the controllers. Maybe we we look look i to a different charger all together

Beware
I have only had this product for just over a month and it stopped working. When I set the oculus in the charger it just makes a weird buzzing noise and indicator lights flash, also one of the controllers stopped charging too. Of course the return window is closed and I have a broken product.

Purchased this item in July 2024, 5 months later the rechargeable batteries for the controllers stopped working. The docking station shows the Quest being fully charged, but when you try to turn it on the headset is completely charged. Very disappointed due to buying two of these and they both stopped working within weeks of each other.

Bought this so my kids had a stationary place to charge their oculus. The right and left controllers donât charge though. Super quick charging for the oculus, Iâve reached out to support so hopefully the controller thing is an easy fix.Update!: changed to 5 stars because support was very quick on getting back to me and it was an easy fix. I received my charging dock that didnât work 100%. Unfortunately, the hand controllers wouldnât charge.The company gave me a full refund AND let me keep the product. Iâm very happy with this purchase. I purchased this to charge my Oculus Quest 2. I decide to purchase the charging dock as it comes with two rechargeable batteries. It has been working great. I really like that I can keep my VR Head set and controllers on he docking charger when they are not in use and I donât have to worry about the batteries running low. It came with extra magnets, too bad there wasnât a little storage spot on the dock for those Iâll probable misplace them before I need them if I every need them ð

The dock itself for headset charging is really nice. It stores everything neatly and the magnetic charger does a great job. The reason for the low rating is the controller chargers. I installed the batteries per instructions and ensured that the provided cover made contact with the leads on the batteries., but the batteries never charge beyond 50%. Highly disappointed and will be looking for another docking station.

I originally bought the Smatree charging station for $98. It required using the cable permanently attached to the machine at one end. When the tip broke, the charging station was useless.I bought this Geekera charging station as a replacement. I bought the first one in July of 2023 and my second one in February 2024 (for my second Oculus because the first one is still going strong!) It comes with extra plug-in connectors (I think 4?), and you only need one to make it work, and it is genuinely plug-free. The tiny connector plugs into the charging USBC and stays snuggly there. I have never had it fall out, but if it ever does, Geekera has already covered me with the extras they provided. I exercise on my Oculus, so I sweat and move while using it, and I have not had a single issue with the connector staying put.It comes with rechargeable batteries that fit in the sides and charge. Best of all, when it fully charges the Oculus, it turns the charging off, so you don’t compromise the batteries’ ability to charge long-term.Best of all, I paid half of what I had initially paid for the Smatree, and it is so much more convenient because I don’t have to mess with plugs when I am done playing on my Oculus. I pop the headset into the top and the handsets on the sides and walk away. This is a fantastic product and worth every penny!
