Check that the card is seated properly in the PCI Express slot.Ensure that the display cable is securely fastened to the card’s display connector.Make sure that the monitor and computer are plugged in and receiving power.If necessary, disable any built-in graphics capabilities on your motherboard. For more information, consult your computer’s manual or manufacturer. (NOTE: Some manufacturers do not allow the built-in graphics to be disabled or to become the secondary display.)Make sure you selected the appropriate display device and graphics card when you install the graphics driver.Restart your computer. Press on your keyboard after system starts up. When the Windows Advanced Options Menu appears, select Safe Mode and press . After getting into Safe Mode, in Device Manager check whether the driver for the graphics card is correct.If you are not able to find the desired monitor color/resolution settings: The color and screen resolution options available for selection depend on the graphics card being installed. If necessary, adjust your monitor’s setting using monitor’s adjust panel to make the screen look focused, crisp, and sharp. (Please refer to the monitor’s manual.)

Dissappointed
I wanted to convert my desktop to a wall mounted 2U case. I picked this graphics card specifically because, in addition to the low form factor, it supported 4 monitors (1 x DP, 2xHDMI and 1 VGA) and all at a reasonable price. I am not a gamer, so the GT 730 graphics processor meets my needs. Unfortunately, until the card gets warmed up it displays the effects shown in the attached video. What’s even more interesting is that this is the 2nd card I purchased (from a different seller) that was the identical (i.e. made in the same factory in China) that also had the same issue! I sent it back.

I bought this card for my HP-8200 SFF because the VGA video didn’t have enough memory for video work. Due to the nature of this machine, 64bit, a 2gig card was as far as I dared take it. anything more than this might require a machine with a wider buss like 128gig. A 4gig card may, or may not have worked; there is one thing I probably should not have done and that was disable the onboard video; I can no longer go into cmos/bios. I don’t know if this action, or a power failure that occured at the time resulted in this fault but USB only connects POST-boot now. This card seems to work quite well but you should probably leave your cmos/bios settings alone…

All 4 ports work perfectly at the same time supporting 4 monitors, and this card also supports sleeping mode for the PC (win11).
