This chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. One thing i don’t think would last long is the foot rest. It seems a little cheap, but, the chair is definitely worth the price. It is sturdy and supports my back great and the massager is an added great thing for my back. The pink is so bright and looks beautiful.

Transport: Took 1.5 weeks but delivered on time.Setup: Took about 30 min to put together from unboxing to completion. I did not encounter issues with the holes and bolts like some others did in their reviews. Easy to follow instructions.Chair: Overall I am pleased. Took off 1 star due to the seat not being as comfortable as I wished however that can be fixed with buying a seat cushion. My parents bought me this chair as a Christmas gift (thank you) when they found out that I would working from home due to covid. I am a 5 foot 2 plus size girl and find this chair pretty decent in hold and comfort. I find the pillow and back support very helpful to help with comfort and to maintain a good posture. The massage (usb) feature is nice but it’s a little loud and it’s nothing close to a real massage but its still enjoyable.I would recommend this chair to others who don’t want to spend more than $200 on a gamer chair.Now I just need to see how well this chair will last.

Cylinder bad from Factory
As soon as I put the chair together the hydraulic cylinder will not hold it up.The Cylinder will release compression all the way down overnight with nobody in the chair. Its a good chair if you like sitting on the floor.****Update**** Seller sent me a new one, but the cylinders that come with this chair are the weakest part. Even the new piston only has 3 inches of travel up and down, and looks to be made of the lowest quality. This is an inherent quality issue at manufacture. I will be forced to be an actual quality piston that has more than 3 inches of travel and does not use rubber O ring material as it degrades very quickly in the oil they use to manufacture it. 3 cents more the manufacture could have used a synthetic O Ring with much higher durability. So I stress even more, add 30 dollars to the cost of this chair when considering for a shock pistons that will not be defective right out of the box.
