I have used this with my 2x10G Nic and I have had no problems. It works exactly like if I used it on my MB. It is very flexible and easy to use. It was the perfect fit in my build and has a verity of sizes.
I would have only wished the build of the ends were a little better material. I feel like I might be able to break it if I where to use it incorrectly or push to hard.

This PCIe X4 riser cable isn’t really meant to be used with GPUs (which benefit from X8 or more lanes). It does, however, work great if you need to relocate other types of expansion cards. In my case, I wanted to assemble a slim router using a mini-PC and a multi-port Ethernet card, and this riser was perfect for the job.
The cable is nicely built, with plastic covers protecting the solder points at both ends. The wiring feels sturdy, is reasonably flexible, and measures 6cm between the PCBs. Everything just works, and I’ve had no issues with signal integrity or system instability. Overall, solid quality and easy to recommend.

Becoming at Standard for GPU Installation
In anything but a budget case, you can find a way of vertical mounting your graphics card these days; of course, you need a riser cable to do this. This cable is built well and will suffice to transmit your graphic card information. I took off two stars because this is a PCIe 3.0 version cable. It makes no sense to me to take an expensive graphics card and throttle it by only giving it a 3.0 cable to move data. Granted, you are probably putting your card in a motherboard that is at least PCIe 4.0 compatible, with most being sold with PCIe 5.0. Yes, I know there are no PCIe 5.0 graphic cards, and if you are building Intel, the PCIe lanes are probably shared between your GPU and the first NVMe M.2 devices, but you may throttle the card further with a 3.0 riser. Why take a chance with this small component in your build?

Ist mir mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrungen im Bereich Computer-Hardware zum ersten Mal im Leben passiert, dass ein männlicher PCI-Express-Stecker in keine Buchse auf dem Mainboard passt. Dabei sind die Buchsen des Mainboards selbst in Ordnung, verifiziert mit anderen Karten und einem anderen PCI-Express Riser-Kabel. Der Stecker in diesem Riser-Kabel ist so unglaublich schlecht verarbeitet. Dabei wirkt der rest des Adapters hochwertig. Mit dem Makel ist das im Grunde Edelschrott.
