Good Phone
Good phone but for a residential user with little knowledge it can be hard to learn how to use. The phone keeps not charging but after awhile I learned to take out the battery and put it back in and it works again.

Great handsets
I have purchased 3 of these handsets and one of the DP752 base units. One handset arrived with a defect but Amazon had the replacement to me the very next day. I am very happy with my purchase. I pay $1 a month for a phone number thru Twilio and then .0046 a minute for incoming calls. I precharged my Twilio account with $50 over a year ago and I still have $35 in credit left today. Shame on those big telephone companies for being so greedy with their monthly fees for a service that costs so little to supply.

Locked out!!
Grand stream phone company is absolutely horrible. They have no customer service to find out the damn pin number. Itâs locked me out trying to enter admin for the password 0000. None of them work piece of crap.

Works great with our voiSip voip service. Can’t complain.
Range and battery life is better than expected.Setup was simple, and voip service is saving us a ton.I like that we can share a single voiSip plan across all the phones, instead of paying “per phone”.

Sound Quality Sub Par
I bought this to replace a Panasonic KX-TG4771 landline wireless from 10 years ago hooked up to a Cisco ATA. The Panasonic gets far better sound quality than this even with the same VOIP provider (Anveo). High frequency sounds and ear comfort are missing. The handset is not ergonomic and not comfortable to use for extended times. I do not recommend this phone for the above reasons.

Horrific Sound Quality
Beyond anything else, this device is required to receive and transmit sound. It does this so poorly, we are rethinking our implementation. This is beyond unacceptable, this is borderline fraudulent.
