Easy Assembly
The product was very easy to assemble. It does not go up very high and the neck support does not extend. I would not recommend for a taller person but itâs perfect for my 7 yr old son.

Upon opening the box most pieces look new, but we were obviously sold a box with at least 1 used part as it was soiled on both sides and still had the old bolts in it. Nowhere in the description did it state any piece of the chair would arrived already used. Be careful, as I have no idea how many pieces are refurbished and could lead to unstable product integrity.
