My computer came in perfect state, I saw some bad reviews maybe they’re not just lucky, mine came all like new, no scratches and works perfectly. It’s exactly touchscreen, I bought it for my son but since mine is also broken I’ll be using it when in need.

Great laptop hard to navigate during classroom activities. Certain programs get stuck. But camera and everything else works fine.

Good for refurbished but
It’s good for refurbished but still does need a few improvements. One of the shift keys was stuck and the mouse pad is a bit funky on tracking on the left bottom side. It does have a sticker cover on it that can peel. Guess it was covering the outside? Peeled it off and mine is apparently a school Chromebook from Portland Oregon. Touchscreen is great though and the battery life is phenomenal. Especially for 70 dollars it was a life saver for final exams. Delivery was super fast.

Refurbished Chromebook
This was the perfect buy at first cheap and affordable. However the webcam has static on video calls that is horrible. The battery life lasts a long time and it performs really nice. It is a light weight laptop. I had to do a return due to the webcam glitching out and the static. Not sure if I will get a replacement or a refund.
