Purchased refurbished with 1 year warranty. Still not clear who to contact if I have questions or warranty beyond 1 year is available. Laptop is nice. Downfall…not a touch screen

The laptop arrived very quickly but Iâve had multiple issues with it and itâs only been 3 months. The battery has not worked in two situations and the fan just started malfunctioning. The laptop overall is great but these issues are huge. I need this laptop for work and wonât be able to use it for 2 weeks.
