It has good quality and speed. O recommend for daily use, home or work (not for graphic work, photoshop or 3d videos). It is fast enough to use office 365 and several browse pages at same time.Its start is fast, what I like.Good value for money. Average battery.

Great college started computer.
I bought this for my daughter for Christmas who graduated and is going to college. Itâs user friendly and has worked well for all of her college assignments thus far. That being said she isnât doing anything super techy with the computer just basic computer stuff.

Great specs for the price
I was in the market for a new laptop. I donât do any gaming, so I didnât need the latest and greatest. I was looking for at least a quad core cpu, 8gbs ram minimum. I donât keep up with up intel CPUâs like I use to. I saw this had an i5 13th gen cpu. Did some further digging to see it was a 10 core cpu with 12 threads (way better than I was looking for and the price point of about $400). This was a no brainer. I was not able to find much regarding upgradability. I also purchased some ram sticks (32gb). First thing I did was upgrade the ram. It was super easy to access. Just take out the 4 screws on the bottom of the case. Use a guitar pick and slide it along the edge of the case. The back will eventually pop off easily (Just be gentle). Thereâs 2 ram slots (1 occupied by the pre installed 8gb stick). This laptop can take up to 64gb of ram (DDR4-3200). I do programming so I have a lot of windows open and they devour memory. The computer is super responsive and boots up in no time. If you decide to upgrade, you do not have to go overboard like me. 16gb will be enough for most users (2x8gb).The battery was dead when it arrived, so I did have to charge it during the setup process, no biggie. The computer is lightweight, and is decently built. I love having the 10-key on the side. The ONLY thing I wish it had was an SD card slot.

The worst
Quite literally the worst laptop Iâve ever owned. The keys get stuck. The mousepad gets stuck. It doesnât hold a charge. It feels cheap. The only benefit is it does run quickly but what good is that if the hardware barely works? It feels used though I bought it new. I have a high suspicion they sent me a used product then packaged it as new. Canât wait to trash this thing and get a new laptop.

Love my Laptop
Love my laptop. I am not using it for gaming but I have played some games on it. The graphics and processor is unbeatable for the price of the laptop. I bought this laptop for college and it has met all my expectations. I also have many zoom meetings and there is no lag. The mics and camera are amazing. I can also have many screens running at one time without any lag. I will be replacing the SSD to a TB, it does not have a keyboard backlight and it is not touchscreen. It is a great laptop that is under 1,000 and it exceeded my expectations. I needed the laptop ASAP, with a quick glance at the Processor, Graphics, and that it was an HP laptop under 1,000 I saw it was the best bang for the buck. The icing on the top was that it arrived earlier than expected.
