$400 Are You Kidding Me?????
I have owned many, many laptops. Always had the best most $$$$$ laptops at work. At home, I have a super powerful gaming laptop that I use for home studio recording. But none beat this laptop for its keyboard, quick startup, general ease and pleasure to use. The keyboard is outstanding. Great feel, large textured keys, full number pad, etc. It really is special. Speed is great for general processing, web surfing, word processing. The screen is large, clear, perfectly fine. I cannot believe you can get a laptop of this quality for this price. Kudos HP!!!!!

Replacement laptop for a very old one
The laptop is terrific. It does all we want and more! We run a small business out of it and had no trouble transferring data and carrying on as though there was no delay!

Way better than a Crome book
I’m still setting it up, some people call it playing. The size is great, screen and keypad, 17.3″. I like the operating system, windows. I’m switching over from a HP Crome book. My desktop and laptop, both HP and windows were destroyed when my house caught fire and burned. I got the Crome book because it was what I could afford at the time. It worked ok but I was so use to windows I couldn’t stand the Crome system. But this Flagship HP+ Business is loaded with space and windows. It does not have a touch screen but that’s ok I won’t have to clean the screen all the time. This HP works well. It was priced fair and was well worth. It is new NOT refurbished. The shipping box it came in was crushed and open. However, the inner laptop’s box was undamaged, and neither was the laptop. So far, I love it is working out well for me. I recommend it.

Great Deal
The computer arrived on time and packaged neatly. The set up was easy and quick. My wife likes the large display and the sharpness of the screen. It servers its purpose well as a home office computer. Not sure how it would do with gaming but daily productivity it is a nice computer. I would recommend.

Regrets!
If you’re like me, you’re probably going back and forth among all the endless options of affordable laptops on Amazon. If it’s within your budget, I would recommend this laptop or just one from HP. It’s very, very quick, quicker than my main desktop. The only thing I experience, similar to some of the other reviews I saw prior to buying, is that it does “feel like” it dies fast. I put feels like in quotes cuz I’m not sure if it’s me just not realizing time is flying by or if it’s an actual deficit of the product. Nonetheless, the performance and speed and plus of the screen size more than makes up for it.For my all day work days, it’ll last from 11am-4pm/5pm before I have to plug it in and charge it. Oh and I mainly just use it for work so mainly utilizing Microsoft office stuff and the internet.In the review it’s asks me to rate its touch screen?? …there’s no touch screen, at least with the model I purchased.UPDATE 06/2024: This product failed me within the first year. A complete waste of money. I know my reviews seem very cheerful, but I was just deprived from needing a laptop that operated quicker than my main desktop. However, the touchpad went out within the first 6 months and officially was defective as I neared my first year. The worst part about this is the customer service. The warehouse itself is in other chaos and has no idea how to manage conflict resolution or customer support. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks to get just a simple update that they received my laptop after returning it and shipping it back. When I called them today, the same woman that struggled to do her job and helping me initially set up the return had nothing to offer me after 2 weeks. She also claimed that there are no supervisors or anyone else that helps her in that warehouse like. Please for the sake of myself and others, look elsewhere for a laptop. The big screen is not worth all the cons.

Good basic laptop for the price
I need this for writing and audiobook narration producing. It is a good product for those who already know how to use Windows 11 and are familiar with PCs. I do not like some of the preset internal settings, including noise reduction, which took me five business days to figure out and correct. If you use a digital audio, workstation, or DAW, you will have to take the time to go inside the settings and turn this off. There are instructions online on how to do this. There’s no touchscreen, which I had to get used to. The keyboard does not have backlighting. But it is a great, basic laptop for anyone who needs a computer strictly for word processing, spreadsheets, or audiobook narration.

Non-backlit keyboard would have been a deal breaker if I had known.
This laptop seems to work well, but the keyboard has absolutely no backlight capability. The keys have thin white letters on a gray background, and when the laptop is sitting on my lap, the keys are very difficult to see unless the room is well lit. That means I can’t do any work unless all the lights are turned on full bright. I am just amazed that a well-known manufacturer such as HP could even consider skimping on this simple feature. This would be the same thing if someone sold cars with no instrument lights on the dashboard. I did not even discover that keyboard lighting was missing altogether until I tried to figure out how to turn on the backlights and had to search for hours on how to do it, only to discover that it couldn’t be done at all. I’m also disappointed that the videos describing this computer on the Amazon website did not mention that the computers evaluated in the video clips were not the same as what I was buying. The website implied the clips applied to the model I had selected. I consider this a bait and switch ploy by Amazon. Also, there is no mention of keyboard backlighting in any of the HP laptop product descriptions, so I don’t know how anyone would know what features are included and what ones are not for any particular product. Now I’m stuck with this item for the next few years. I hope my eyes last that long.
