Perfect!!!
This is a great laptop, at an amazing price!!! My current work laptop is almost a year-old De!! and this HP blows it out of the water. It boots up very quickly and you can definitely see the performance in the 32GB RAM/12 CPU cores. I use external hard drives for my backups and main data storage, so the installed 1TB SSD was not a deal breaker (with that said 1TB SSD is still a lot of storage and its SSD, so you don’t have the noise and vibration of an HDD). This laptop has a large screen, and the size and weight are still very manageable, especially for air travel (which was a necessity for me). The installed Windows 11 Pro was another selling point (big fan of Bit Locker encryption). I highly recommend this laptop.

All computer sellers should stated what is the base speed of the computer they are selling (CPU speed) not the overclocked speed.The base speed for this laptop is 1.9 Ghz.

DEFECTIVE OUT OF THE BOX
Laptop had good specs. Unfortunately the one I received had defects right out of the box. Windows wouldn’t load properly and there were screen defects. I returned the laptop (unfortunately there was no option given to get a replacement). Eventually the vendor provided a full refund.

BEWARE !!! HP won’t Warranty the Laptop – and the USB-C is LIMITED
Originally, I wrote about how the USB-C is Limited and that should be in BOLD. And that this laptop should NOT be classified as a BUSINESS Laptop.And then things got better……. I called HP for support about an issue I was having. The first questions from HP was regarding the Amount of RAM and the HD Size. This Laptop left HP with 8GB or RAM. HP will NOT honor the Warranty. The Reseller has modified this Laptop. BEWARE !!!!!!!

Basic laptop fits the bill
Although basic, it works great. The box it was shipped in arrived with slightly damaged corners, but all of the items were in tact.
