I have had no issues with this computer. Seems like a good price for a quality computer.

Donât Waste Your Money On HP
I bought this product this year wanting to venture into the gaming world. About 6 months in, I started to have issues with it. I am unable to access my computer for 24 hours after a software update or driver update. I wish I wouldâve bought something else. Itâs great if you want to use it for typing documents, but itâs not useful for much else.

Lightweight, compact, runs great.
The setup was simple. The tower is not huge, and light. I don’t expect to do any hardcore gaming, but it runs very smooth. The turning on and off takes only seconds. Lots of USB slots on front. Definitely well worth the value, the best you can get for 500$.

Great PC until it completely broke
I got this PC in Feb of ’24, but by Sept of ’24, it completely stopped working. Stuck in a complete bootloop, and even a factory reset and reinstallation of windows doesn’t fix it at all. Anytime it turns off, it gets stuck in the bootloop. It’s some kind of hardware issue. Really disappointed.
