Perfect
I got this computer to update my previous gaming computer. For the price, this thing is perfect! I have so much more space than I would have had for the same price in other computers and the setup was a breeze. I’ve played everything from FF14 to BG3 easily. Love it.

Great starter pc, needed new graphics card.
It has a little noise output, great value for it’s price, speed is a little underwhelming, but it visually looks great. The performance is not bad but I had to do a little maintenance on it the day after it arrived. Overall it is great for people who are just getting there first pc.

Should have read the reviews better
I was going to build my own PC but decided this computer had all the aspects I needed for my stock trading and video editing needs. I purchased in February/March of this year and have been using it for past 4-5 months. It does what I need to run the video editing programs and stock trading platforms.The issue is that it crashes frequently showing the blue screen of death and having to restart the computer and doing Windows Recovery that takes awhile during high CPU usage. No warning, no sounds; just a blue screen “Windows ran into error :(” and it shuts down and restarts to run diagnostics and recovery (which is also really scary as I do not want to lose any of my important documents).I wish I had read some of the 1 star reviews as I am now wishing I could return the item as I cannot rely on the computer for stock trading nor video editing at this point (which are what I bought this PC for).

Great service and this thing is Great. But you need to put fragile and handle with care on these things. The FedX driver just tossed it on the dash of his truck. LOL But it works just fine Thank God! Thank you for the cool BOX!

I got this few days ago and it worked great. Then I shut it off and when I turned it back on it would not bring up any apps or anything. Windows booted up but couldn’t do anything. So I restarted it few times and did the same thing. I did a complete restore on it and a box pops up saying it didn’t install Windows correctly

This PC rates up with my Windows Me PC. I bought this the beginning of April to replace my HP Envy that had 16GB memory and a 256GB SSD, which ran out of space. I was going to upgrade the SSD, but decided to upgrade the entire PC with the latest hardware (nvme m.2) since my PC was 7 years old.I was impressed to see the difference in the size of the two PC’s. This is significantly smaller, but has twice the memory. Everything perfectly. I could tell the graphics and the speed had improved and was pretty impressed.THEN: It all went to pot. I’ve had to do a hard shutdown on this PC at least 7 times since I’ve had it. The entire task bar disappears, it freezes and I can’t do ALT+CTRL+DELETE, to bring up the task manager.I am pretty disappointed, as I felt I did my research. I should have just went on the HP website or BestBuy to purchase a PC.I find myself shutting down the PC at night. I NEVER shut down my old PC! So, I’m wondering are these refurbished PC’s? It should state it, if it is. Plus – WHERE DO I GO FOR SUPPORT? There are 2 different websites and none of them look familiar!UGH!!
