Good Customer Service
We received this computer. It IS NOT TOUCHSCREEN as advertised and it should be changed. I brought this to their attention. We had the computer out of boxes and all set up before we realized this. When I contacted Customer Service they advised they would accept a return if we so decided. We didn’t want to go through the inconvenience. It is a good computer. The keyboard and mouse are a bit flimsy. About a month later the keyboard letter “O” started sticking. I contacted Customer Service and they returned with a few questions. They wanted pictures, which I sent and they sent me a new mouse and keyboard with a return receipt to send the broken one back. If you need to make a return, be sure to photo the return receipt, I put tape over the receipt and the next day there was nothing on it. It was completely blank with a little bit of imprint on it.
