Lasted longer than the original!
Originally bought this in April 2023 because the charger that had originally come with my computer had failed. A year and a half later, still works great, however, where the cord attaches to the plug, the black rubber coating is beginning to shred. Not complaining at allâ¦. This charger was roughly handled, stuffed into a backpack everyday for over a year and a half. No complaints with charging speed, etc. I will be buying another before it gets any worse.

Ok, 4 stars is not really reflective of the actual product. Product arrived in good order and works well. No issues.If you are looking to buy this for your laptop, I would suggest investing in a USB-C wall plug and cable rather than buy this power pack. The USB-C plug and cable works on most laptops to keep it charged but is lightweight and you can get a longer cable, if you need it.I travel a lot for work so space and weight are a premium and when Iâm in new locations there is not always a convenient outlet. I have a 10â USB-C cable I use which has worked well in every setting so far. Just a better alternative to consider. The bonus is it can charge more than your laptop. Most portable electronics have a USB-C port so you can carry less equipment.

No problem with charger for HP Pavilion laptop.
I loved the product because the problem was resolved. The original charger for my HP Pavilion did not work. The battery was down to 1%. The charger was not fitting snugly into my laptop. It fitted loosely. I ordered a new charger and pushed it into the charger and it fit snugly in the laptop and it was charging. The charger I ordered was compatible with other HP laptops. The charger is of a good quality. No heat level.
