I love that I can just touch the screen and not use a mouse but I bought one and decided to return it but Amazon won’t except itThe computer laptop works well after uninstalling 365 that makes me pay for using word and Excel.

Battery Life sucks, everything else is fine
The battery life is not amazing and goes down quickly. Everything else works fine so far. The computer is fast and has a beautiful keyboard. Typing is nice and simple.Update: 11 Hour battery life is a lie. Try 6-8 if that. It dies quickly and it even loses charge while it’s shut down. Everything is fine but that.

Good laptop
I bought this laptop to replace my old HP laptop. This new has touch screen, vibrant screen, very fast, 1tb memory space. Other reviews complained about the keyboard being hard to see. I have mine attached to a hub and use and cordless keyboard so that was no issue. So far it’s serving its purpose.

So, I was not aware when I bought this, but this laptop seemed like it had everything we needed. We bought it, started to use it and it was slow. Although it had all the storage , etc, I went to Best Buy and inquired about one that was comparable. The guy there explained that this one has a huge about of everything needed, but a processor that would never be fast enough to do anything and it would not be fast. It would be like using a dial up system because that processor was so old. He described it like having a new iPhone 14, with all the storage etc, but it operated with the battery and speed of an iPhone 4. I wish I had known this. Although itâs tough screen and looks great, it truly is the slowest computer ever and takes 2 minutes to just switch and open another page. Not worth the money.

Battery Life is a BIG problem!
The battery for this laptop will not fully charge or stay charged. Sometimes it will not even turn on. We followed the instructions in the trouble-shooting videos, but it still does not work. We just purchased this for our teenager a few months ago, who is now at school with a problem computer. I see that there are reviews that are reporting the same battery issue. We are not happy with this computer, and I would suggest staying away.
