Great little Chromebook
No issues with this Chromebook. Nice and portable size. Great battery life and has support for years to come.. Can’t argue with it being refurbished as of was in great quality. Everything worked out of the box. Great value for the money. It’s not the fastest but if you’re just browsing the web and some videos it works great. Sd card slot, multi ports. Screen nice and bright. Hp quality.

Fantastic Product
This is my 6th Chromebook from this company. I am so happy with each one. This one looks brand new and is fast at processing. The keyboard is quiet. So easy to set up. I highly recommend this company when buying refurbished chrome books and anything else they may sell. They take pride in what they send. The chrome book was packed carefully and securely.

Do not buy this refurbished!
This was a purchase for my daughter, and she wanted to buy her own Chromebook with her own money. We found this one that was within the price range she was looking for. And even though it was refurbished I figured it would be okay since I was planning on buying the protection plan through asurion. When she received the laptop it worked for about 2 days without any issues. Then it started randomly rebooting on her in the middle of using it and would not turn back on. She plugged it in to charge thinking the battery was dead on multiple times, and it would only restart on like the 50th try. Then it would stop working, reboot and repeat again. I called asurion to make a claim. They told me due to the multiple issues they could not replace or fix the Chromebook and referred me back to Amazon for a replacement. Amazon told me they could not replace the item, they could only refund the money. So my frustration is that I purchased a protection plan that can’t be honored, and also a device that can’t be fixed. I’d be furious if I hadn’t bought the protection plan and Amazon wouldn’t have refunded the money.

UPDATE re: Didnât work – total junk
Sent the original one back (read review below) the day after receiving it and two days later the replacement one came. Much cleaner, no stickiness, cord looks brand new, scratches on screen and bottom of computer – but sort of expected that and it doesnât detract from using it and is no more noticeable than what any other used computer has. Works like a charm! Would buy again – mine cost $63.00 and to me thatâs a bargain. I only need it to connect to the Internet which it does – and quickly too.Only giving it 4 stars bc it the first one was so obviously unusable; quality control seems hit or miss.â-ORIGINAL REVIEWArrived sticky and with a permanent error.The plug worked (Iâm assuming bc the computer turned on but maybe it had held its charge?) The screen worked bc I could clearly see the permanent error message telling me âChrome IOS is missing or damaged. Please remove all connected devices and start recovery.â Maybe that would have workedâ¦? But when I touched the key pad and finger pad literally nothing happened.Thereâs no quality control bc it took all of 30 seconds to open it up and turn it on and see the messageâ¦that wouldnât / couldnât go away.Sending it back for a an exchange. Will update my review when I get the second one.

Awesome durable and affordable. Iâm trying to get my husband to use it to log into my daughters homeschooling program but other than that it works great I wish it was touchscreen just to help him out a little bit but other than that itâs a great product and Iâve had it for a very long time and it was very affordable. I would definitely recommend this product.

Great price for Great product
It took me months to make up my mind as to weather i wanted a brand new laptop or a refurbished one. Last year i bought a brand new one and it broke within a couple weeks and i couldn’t get anyone to help me at the manufacturers so i just threw away $300 basically. I finally decided to go w this one and I’ve not had any major complaints. The charging cord they sent was junk and it took me about 2 weeks to figure that out and when i was just about to return to sender it dawned on me to check that! Laptop was in immaculate condition, absolutely NO SCRATCHES, AND arrived a couple days sooner than suppose to. Definitely would recommend this for maybe a starter computer for a teen or if your on a budget!!!

Former School computer
Turned on the laptop and âSanta Rosa City Schoolsâ login popped up without any way to delete it or bypass it to enter my google info and create my own user profile. Spent 30 mins on the phone with support, did a hard reset and still the computer says itâs managed by k12.ca.us which is the California school system. Support let me know that only the school itself can delete this so I have to return it. This was majorly annoying and from what I can tell thereâs no way to know if the laptop came from a school or not. Amazon should do a better job at determining this and taking care of it before selling it ârenewedâ

If you have 5G Wi-Fi router you have to treat the Wi-Fi on the computer make sure it works on a 5G router can the wireless output 4 g. The output on the computer to 5G and working very very very well and I even suck the day of manufacturing it’s only about what made December of this year 3 months back in December 1st 2020 no I ran serial number computer computer facts. They were owned by Los Angeles school board at high school to do study student studies during the lockdown and 2024 service by the school board updated operating systems. They’re auctioned off to mobile brush they read reset the software back to OEM software and pass to consumers Carfax how you do used car we’ve been serviced computer computer facts say we’re a been serviced who owned it what service was done to it and what service only one minor scratch on the case it working beautiful but no problem at what you do with you confused you find out where Ben who prefers only could went through them and went to auctioned off to where you got it from and then our auctioned off and then it was showed up here and you bought
