Good buy
Easy to assemble and set up. Only issue I had was the USB WIFI was not in the box. Called customer support and he said later models had WIFI built in. Sure enough it was. The person I talked to was very nice and helpful. I’m not very tech savoy, and he was patient with me to make sure it worked. Would definitely buy again.

Great little machine for my purposes, backed up but replaced its Windows 10 Pro with Linux MInt 20.
No visible damage only light scratches on the top cover. I needed to add a back up drive inside so when I opened the tool-less case I saw that the DVD drive connections were already undone. No problem, but if I didn’t open it up it would not have a working DVD. What I like about it is it’s small size, still has an available drive 5 1/4″ mount (with SATA & Power connections available), fast i7, 16GB RAM (DDR4, and not the usual 8GB), and the little bigger NVme 512GB SSD storage. I runs quietly and well. I know Windows 10 will lose support in October 2025 and since I needed it to run Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon, I wasn’t concerned.The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the disconnected DVD wires. The packaging was great.

A solid PC running Windows 11
Needed a new PC for the home office and I wanted to ensure the new PC runs windows 11. A lot of older, and not so old, PCs cannot be upgraded. This showed up and started right up. Needed several hours of updates and restarts – this is pretty normal and nothing to be concerned over. It’s fast, easy to hook up to all the stuff–screen, keyboard, mouse, speakers. One word of caution, the video output is displayport. This does not have HDMI output. And yes, you can hook up two monitors. One minor annoyance, the wifi promised with the machine arrived as a dongle. It works great and is fast, but it takes up one of the six USB ports (not that I need all of them). Overall it’s a solid PC running windows 11, ie future proofed against windows 10 losing support in October 2025. Highly recommend at the price.

small mini pc works very well
replaced my old small factor PC with this mini pc. Its quite and fast. My only issue was that I had to do several major updates which took time because the files were large but that is understandable, so I am not annoyed but it. Overall you can not go wrong buying this mini pc.
