This was advertised as having Windows 10. It came with Windows 11.
I ordered this laptop because it said it had Windows 10 installed. Not so. There are bugs in Windows 11 that still need to be worked out. For that reason I didn’t want Windows 11, but thats what i got. Much of the software I’ve accumulated over the past few years did not load successfully on this computer. Even worse, my Canon printer was not found using HP Smart and therefore could not be used with this laptop. I had to spend $150 on a new printer.
The laptop itself works well for what I’m able to use it for. I like the 2 in 1 concept and the touchscreen. It you want Windows 11 it’s as good as any. If you wanted Windows 10 don’t be taken in by the product description. It’s totally inaccurate.
