I was worried
So far so good. Playing online games works. I’ll update after a month or so. I also purchased the 2 year insurance plan. Speakers have no real bass, but I’ll be upgrading soon. The important thing is that it all works and has a nice aesthetic glow in low light. Easy to setup, happy gaming, solid price.

First one broke second one broke all in less than a month
Second computer from this company just died on me. I bought the first one on August 8th, they are located in Kent Washington and I’m in Portland Oregon so it’s pretty much overnight after the order is processed. Monitor is good speakers are ok keyboard is good and mouse is good. When I got it I set it up and 19days later it crashed and woukd just restart and beep restart and beep just kept doing it over and over. Called customer support we did some troubleshooting and he said send it back sooo I sent it back on August 20th.Said it would be about a week. I said no I need it right away he said once the tracking number says it’s been received he would send out another one. They sent one Monday afternoon got it on the 22nd of August. Few days later I hooked it up. Worked fine accept they sent me a different model the outside was the same, inside not so much. No wifi card, they just sent this little thing you plug into a USB port to get WiFi. Doesn’t have range at all wifi router is maybe 6 feet away.
It’s now September 6th and the replacement computer they sent died and the customer service number is no longer in service. I sent a email. Maybe I’ll hear back. I bought the warranty so hopefully that works. This isn’t ok. Don’t buy from this company.
I won’t get into the problems with gaming and the drives not working well. The terabyte drive isn’t the main drive so it makes everything a pain to download but that’s besides the point. My advice would be to keep looking because this computer isnt worth the headache. I’m gonna have to spend another 50$ to return it because I have to Uber. Disabilited guy in a wheel chair trying to carry a heavy box on my feet. Good times.

No support tech support
Product came with defective speaker and camera the support just blame third party and gave me different instructions and promises every-time I called to try to resolve matter at one point they even promise me they will replace defective parts themselves but nothing came terribly support.

Tower stopped working
I received this computer last month and set it up with everything working. I donât use it that often but last week I went to power it up and it wonât start. The tower is dead. Very disappointing!

Less than a month and the tower stopped working. It worked great for two week the. Just stopped.. I would say junk. Donât buy this

Complete trash
This setup is total trash. It’s sluggish and now after 4 months, it won’t even turn on. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Tower doesn’t work
Keyboard, mouse, monitor and speakers work fine. Tower is inoperable. The only thing that works is the fan and led lights inside.
