Great Portable Laptop
I’ve had it for 3 months and so far it’s been amazing. Had a slight issue setting up, which could’ve just been my WiFi, but it has worked beautifully since. I’m constantly having to work on my schoolwork away from home and this is compact and light enough that I don’t even need a different bag than the small shoulder backpack I bring with me everywhere. It’s very convenient and I great computer for someone who constantly needs to work on stuff away from home.

Itâs cheep but ok
This laptop is cheap, but I guess itâs OK. I had to return the first one because the one button wouldnât work but periodically and the entire laptop just feels cheap and I feel as though it is very slow for being an HP I expected a little bit more.

Erroneously came with win 11 s!
Been trying for over 3 hours to get the computer out of s mode so I can use it. Original ad doesn’t mention s so its not a safe bet to return this and get another as they all likely have win 11 s. Problems “Upgrading” from s to 11 appears to be rampant as there’s tons of people online with my exact issue. Its incredibly frustrating to not be able to use the brand new computer you just got
