Not sure I received a new product
When I first plugged it in to charge it, the battery was already at 61%, which led me to wonder if it was previously owned. It did work fine, easy to set up and use, but this morning, after only 4 weeks, it wouldn’t turn on. Fortunately I was still within the 30 return period. I immediately sent it back and already got notification from Amazon that my replacement has been sent out. Thank you, Amazon, for being so prompt and efficient. I just hope that my replacement is brand new, factory fresh, and lasts for a few years.

Dead battery within 4 months
I purchased this Chromebook for my high school student to use for school. With very light use, the battery has already stopped charging and will not turn on. The sellers page is not helpful in repairing the issue.

The product’s delivery came very prompt. Tested the pdt and it was very easy to set up if you are just looking for a very simple laptop for browsing and the internet use. Slightly heavier than my old Acer chromebook but nevertheless, the weight is not much of a issue.
