Great product
Very nice, as I expected. It did take a bit to get things going. Not used to a PC, so I did a lot of waiting for things to update and all that. It seems to work just fine, my daughters primary computer for school. Windows 10 is new to me, she does just fine with it. The only thing that I don’t like is that I now have to make an additional purchase for Microsoft office/student/home for it as the trial will run out.All in all, It is a great purchase. I love the slim design all the storage and RAM. If it’s anything like the last HP product I had, it can go through a combat zone and come back still working.

Delivered with a few necessary updates. Seems to run ok; the laptop is refurbished but I was a little surprised that they couldn’t find an adequate package for the box (was beat up and poorly packed). No supporting materials were included–which was surprising as every laptop always has supporting materials. I understand the laptop is refurbished, but no documents doesn’t kind of leaves you blind. The one item that was in the box was a card that said you need to create your backup discs, but no instructions were provided. UPDATE: computer crashes constantly (blue screen). Is being returned.

Worked great right out of the box. I have always bought HP. And this is my first refurb. I am pleased with my purchase – hard drive space, speed, and touch screen. Lighter than my old laptop (7 year of HP Entertainment). The thin smooth gold style is attractive. I am happy with my purchase.

After some hick-ups it runs ok…
I purchased this computer for my son so that he could have it for college. On the first day after setting it up he got the “blue screen” not only once but 3 times in the first week! He had to restore it every time. I understand that it’s a refurbished product, but on the first day! But the system seems to be running ok now. But who ever refurbished it did not make it like brand new. I would change your computer techs pronto.

I received this laptop and it started crashing randomly…I guess I got the bad one..I am going to return it to get a different one and hopefully that won’t crash
