I never leave reviews so Iâll get to it. 2 in 1 tablet feature does not work, HDMI port does not work, usb (including the usb c) ports doesnât work, & the screen flickers. Iâve seen reviews addressing the battery life and charge time I can confirm Iâve charged for a lengthy amount of time while intermittently checking the charge. I have yet to see a full battery life or even pass 88. The end user facing camera does not work, and Iâve seen notifications for school laptop .. I need a refund ..

So when I received it was having some internal speaker sound was hazy but upon updating drivers it works great.The headphone sound quality even with the cheapest speakers I had is awesome.The screen size of 11.6 is perfect .The laptop is pretty lightweight and sleek.The shipment arrived before the time promised by the seller…All good ..thank you.

It Works – But thatâs All
You get what you pay for. Bought this refurbished notebook/tablet for less than $100. All the drivers were out of date and the speakers and SD card reader didnât work. I updated the drivers and they now work. The battery life is very short, about 4-6 hours max. The screen is difficult to see clearly. Any light source produces a glare making it difficult to view. But for $100 maybe itâs good.

Very nice easy to set up but no volume
I was really impressed with this product when I received it. It was easy to set up and install whatever I needed to, however, the volume is not working not sure why because I have a check off list in the package that the product passed inspection. Iâm giving it three stars Because they shouldâve truly checked the product before they shipped it out .

Like another reviewer, I had issues with it asking me for a “Kent” login.I managed to get into the BIOS and after wiping the SSD and trying to install windows 10 cleanly, I was still greeted with the Kent login screen. I have no issues booting and installing Linux.If you are never going to run Windows on this, then it’s GREAT!!!If you do plan on running windows on it…. don’t waste your money.If you are tech savvy:- When installing Windows 10, do not connect it to WiFi, and say you don’t have network- When installing Windows 11, turn off the WiFi in the bios, and don’t plug in a network cable. Then say you don’t have a network. (You may or may not need to generate you install media via Rufus disabling the Microsoft Account requirement). Afterwards, turn your WiFi adapter back on.- When installing Linux, just go into the BIOS, disable Secure Boot (depending on your distro) and install Linux.Hardware performs great! I was impressed. But as I said earlier…. unless what I wrote makes sense to you, don’t waste your money.Mine is running Win11 and Kali in Dual-BootMy Daughter’s is running Win10.For comparrison, this is an ImageMagick benchmark running on two different laptops. Se que es una laptop reacondicionada pero en realidad no es negra como en la foto, sino que es gris mate y le ponen un vinil negro encima, el de la mia venÃa mal pegado asà que opté por quitárselo y pegarle stickers. Quitando lo estético funciona bien, el touch sirve y la baterÃa le dura lo suficiente para trabajar al menos 2 horas en modo de alto desempeño o más con ahorro de energÃa.Me sirve para hacer ediciones de video muy básicas o photoshop básico y terminar el render en mi casa.El almacenamiento de plano no es suficiente, es necesario comprarle una tarjeta micro SD para no llenar todo el disco duro rápidamente

La máquina es sorprendente, su performance, sus puertos, pantalla, todo…. Pero lo que no se vale como vendedores, tanto Amazon como el vendedor externo, es vendernos equipos que pertenecieron a instituciones, las cuales están protegidas. No son equipos limpios por la marca. Eso me hace pensar que permiten la venta de equipos robados!!!

La mayorÃa vino en buenas condiciones, salvo una grieta en el protector de una bisagra y el cargador venÃa una parte roto con los cables expuestos. En cuanto al software el Windows 10 Pro education venÃa bloqueado mediante el tpm 2.0 porque el equipo era de una escuela estadounidense.
