Good budget laptop for basic use
I bought this HP laptop mainly to check emails, do some light research, and apply for jobs, and it has been serving its purpose well. It’s definitely not the fastest or most powerful laptop out there, but for the price, I didn’t expect it to be. It boots up fairly quickly and handles basic tasks like web browsing and document editing without any issues.The screen is decent for what I need. Battery life is okay; it lasts a few hours, which is enough for my needs. One thing to note is that the storage space is limited, so if you plan on storing a lot of files, you might need an external drive.if you’re looking for a simple and affordable laptop for everyday tasks, this is a good choice. Just don’t expect it to handle heavy-duty applications or gaming. Also donât recommend for students.

I’ve only have the computer for a couple of days but so far I like it it’s fast it’s reliable it’s got a lot of storage space when I need it for my job and my all my pictures but I mean so far it does pretty good battery lasts a long time it charges really quick and it’s it’s nice it’s very lightweight and very easy to carry around with me so I’m very very satisfied

HP Laptop not Good quality like advertised
I purchased this laptop for college courses I took laptop out of box it came properly and safely. It looks good on the outside, but I didnât get a chance to really turn it on and get it properly set up due to my mother passing in early September right after I receive the laptop so now itâs October, and Iâm just now being able to get things together for school and other tasks in my life, etc., due to me Grieving and Iâm still not where I should be mentally and physically now with duties and task in my life so I started to set up the laptop so I can return to school this winter November and the laptop is not working properly like advertise. The video showing is very low-quality. The volume is very low, even when turned up to max, also the screen of the video showing is very blurry like so I went and had the laptop check out At geek squad because I wasnât sure if this The way itâs supposed to be once again. I never owned a laptop before so I wasnât sure if this is how the laptops come and they told me that the laptop should be showing better than that. The volume should work much higher than that and that the laptop do have some issues and that I should contact the seller to get a replacement refund and Amazon is giving me the runaround really bad and Iâm very frustrated because of where Iâm at in my life right now and I just canât believe that they would even allow stuff like this to be sold on the website with advertising. Itâs wrong and very much unappreciated, specially for something that you need. Thatâs so important to have, while in college so now Iâm out of 300 and something dollars for something that donât work the way itâs supposed to work because I really feel like it should be something that they can do about this laptop that was so to me damaged already before I received it and took it out the box I feel like when any electronics or anything itâs sold online the seller or Amazon needs to inspect the product properly and thoroughly before shipping it off to customers thatâs paying they hard earn money. This is Very disappointing shame on you, Amazon but Iâm a reach out again to Amazon or my lawyer about this because itâs unacceptable for anybody thatâs paying the money for any type of merchandise in generalð¤ð

Too slow & low memoryâ¦.
Iâm a graphic designer and I need an efficient laptop with high storage. I may not know much about RAMs and storage but I thought this laptop would have been decent for the price. It wasnât as fast as I expected. Other than that, setup was easy and I liked the appearance.
