Insanely good deal for the price
I was a bit hesitant to buy this as it seemed too good to be true. 27″ 1440p 240hz IPS monitor for around $240? That’s crazy. I took the risk and bought it and I could not be happier with the purchase. The monitor is easy to set up and the OSD is intuitive and easy to use. I don’t know of a single monitor in this price range that could beat the 27G1S Plus.
The screen is pretty and responsive. The colors are great. The overall look of the monitor is minimalistic and attractive. If you play games competitively, ESPECIALLY FPS games, buy this monitor. It will not disappoint.
There are a few small downsides. There is some very slight vignetting in the corners. I’m not sure if this is normal or specific to my monitor. The VESA mounting is tricky as it’s recessed on the back of the monitor, but it is still very mountable. And overall the monitor isn’t super bright. It’s not super dim either, and it definitely does the job, though I do wish it were a *bit* brighter overall.
These are, in my opinion, small and reasonable prices to pay for such a great deal. I cannot recommend this monitor enough to those on a budget, those new to PCs or gaming, those like me who don’t want to spend crazy high prices on a monitor, and anyone else.
I have never left a review on a single product I’ve purchased but this monitor deserves it 100%. Although INNOCN are new to the scene and trying to make a name for themselves, they make a fantastic product and I’m more than happy to give credit where it’s due. Buy this monitor!

Good gaming monitor
I purchased two for my gaming setup. They are very good for the price. Vibrant colors and a ton of options available for any gamer. For any future customers external speakers are required, which is never a deal breaker for me. Any small speaker via aux cable would suffice.

Great for the Price
First 1440p monitor I ever tried.
I had some TN and IPS 1080p monitors. IPS always had better image (though OLED is the new trend, I didn’t try one so idk)
So obviously I love this monitor… I have nothing to compare it with (but my 1080p) but I really think that for the price (got it at 160 offer) it’s amazing.
And more if you know what to do (monitor settings). I really don’t have knowledge about colors and brightness and saturation and contrast. But I tried lots of tweaks and I’m happy with the quality image.
180hz also are great. I like to play my games with high refresh rate.
I paired it with a gaming laptop Aorus 17h, and it works really good.

Good display quality. Acceptable color quality.
Good quality. The setup is not too hard with the instruction manual. Came with the display cable. It has no problem of displaying and works as expected. The size is correct as is it in the description. The refresh rate is smooth. The only problem it has is the colors. Seems like the contrast is too high in the default settings so it makes the color feel too intense and makes the color tone a little bit darker. Another problem is it has a weird hue of yellow in default. But it all can be adjusted using the knob at the back of the screen.

Poor Quality Control and Inefficient Customer Support
I purchased the INNOCN 27G1V 27-inch 4K monitor, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Initially, although the USB-C connection and the external mouse and keyboard were unstable, I could temporarily fix it with repeated attempts. However, after about a month of use, the connection completely stopped workingâthe USB-C port and external devices no longer function at all. Every time my laptop goes into sleep mode, the display fails to reconnect upon waking, showing no signal, and the USB port doesnât provide power.
After changing cables and testing multiple devices (including Windows and MacBook), the issue persisted, so I contacted customer service. They confirmed a likely USB-C port defect and suggested replacing the monitor. However, the original model was out of stock and would only be available by December 23 (note the posting date). They then offered two alternative models: the 27C1U-D and 27G1G, priced at $269 and $119 on their official website, while my original purchase cost $379. More importantly, the alternative models fall short of my requirements for 4K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate.
The most frustrating part was that it took a full week of discussions with customer service and their team to reach this outcome, which wasted my time and demonstrated terrible efficiency. INNOCNâs after-sales policy is also disappointingâwhen facing product quality issues, their handling approach and attitude inspire no trust. Clearly, this is how they treat quality issues in their products.
If you’re considering purchasing from this brand, please take this review seriously. Their products initially lure you with high value for money and a more extensive set of ports and features compared to similar products. However, when it comes to quality control and warranty support, you might end up paying the price.

Worth the upgrade
Going from a 1080p 144hz VA monitor to this is definitely noticeable. I bought this on sale for around $230 and it was worth my money, even at full price Iâd buy this. The image quality is good since itâs an IPS panel, the colors are much better, and the black colors arenât washed out. The 240hz refresh rate is smooth, and I genuinely like the stock mounting solution. The stand took maybe 20 seconds to put together, and adjusting the height and tilt is super smooth. I wish they had a 24inch option, since my 2nd monitor is 24 inches, but If youâre looking for a 1440p 240hz monitor this is a great option.
