Great for holding iPad
I used this to hold my Ipad Pro 11 to use as a second screen to my Macbook. It is pretty sturdy but sometimes shakes a lot if the table you are working on moves. Overall its still a great product.

No complaints at all about this desktop mount for my Mac iPad mini, it worked perfectly to put my tablet in view just where I want it. I don’t think it would accommodate a really large, heavy tablet but it might be fine. A large phone or mini to mid-size tablet – no problem.

Great purchase
Solid product all around. Only draw back is the bracket which holds a device. It is not strong enough to hold an iPad in a vertical position. The device will slowly slip through the brackets clamps. Overall the quality of the product is awesome.

I had high hopes, but that didn’t last
I was looking for a desk mount for my iPad Pro 11 inch. I looked through many mounts on Amazon and other sites before settling on this one. I am a bit disappointed. The mount appears well built. I liked the fact the mount could be tightened to my desk from the top. I did not want to have to move my desk away from the wall to install this. I clamped the mount to my desk and put my tablet in the holder. Seemed easy enough. The mount came with an hex wrench to adjust the joints. at this point I’m still hopeful. I then, articulate the mount. That’s where sadness set in. The mount did not hold my iPad up. I tightened the Joints and tried to articulate the mount. The whole assembly came off the desk. The mount won’t stay on the desk no matter how much i tighten it down, and it won’t hold the iPad up at maximum extension. Bottom line. I’m going to work with it over the next few days and probably look for another mount.

This was an excellent buy! In fact, I may buy one for my office desk as well so I can mount my iPad in both locations.

Fragile.
Item is fragile, I had to tighten the hinges because it couldn’t hold my iPad in place. After a couple of months, the arm snaps and had to buy from a different brand.

Perfect for holding my 12.9″ iPad Pro!
I’m probably not using this as intended, but it was worked out great. I have a YouTube channel and needed a way to hold my iPad Pro (12.9″) at various angles on my workbench while recording. I was able to tighten the joints enough to hold the heavy ipad, and I am still able to re-position it to different angles without having to loosen and re-tighten with the allen wrench. Works great!
