Best Sound
Without using EQ provided by the app, these are the best sounding earbuds I’ve ever experienced. Better than the Jabra elite 10; the extraordinary Jabra elite 7; the competent but uninspiring Apple AirPods Pro 2; the outstanding value Earfun True Wireless 2. I haven’t used the bass thumping Bose or Sony–they don’t seem remotely appealing–just popular. You need only look at the table on Rtings.com. If a headphone shows poor objective test results, no amount of gimmickry can salvage it.As for the Jabra Elite 8 Active Gen 2: Punchy, rich but non-blurry bass, and probably the best treble without the usual jagged peaks and valleys. More than adequate sound isolation. Good battery life and waterproofness. Sad that Jabra is dropping out of consumer earbuds due to the competition from Apple, Bose, and Sony. Jabra is a small Danish company that outsources everything to China, like everyone else. But, they can’t sell the volume or get the distribution of the big brands. So stock up while you can.

I was worried buying these because I have always had trouble getting earbuds that fit my small ears comfortably. These earbuds fit perfectly right off the bat and are incredibly comfortable. I have been wearing them on runs and at the gym and they have stayed in my ear better than I could imagine.The sound quality is like nothing I’ve heard before. There are instruments and sounds I’ve never heard in songs before that these have introduced me to. You can adjust the equalizer to your liking but they sound perfect out of the box.The ANC and hear-through settings work amazingly. The contrast between the two is mind blowing.The smart case has been super convenient for plugging into my out-of-date work computer and is super easy to use.They are expensive which made me hesitant but I do not regret buying these at all.

Good sound, so so software, poor support, bad case
These sound good and stay in my ear. I have some samsung pros that sound about as good and the software works better. When I’m listening to music and I take these out sometimes they don’t reconnect correctly when I put them back in. I have to put them back in the case and close it to reset the connection.Update, less than 2 months later the case has failed. Customer service is a pain. Would not buy again.Another update, I requested a new case, and they sent me a whole new set of earbuds instead of just a replacement case, so thats a plus.

Seems great at first but loud noises or constant wind and it reboots
I’ve previously owned Elite 10s Gen 1 and Elite 75t earbuds which worked flawlessly outdoors, in the wind, working in the shop, etc. Sadly I most recently lost my pair of Elite 10s when the case fell out of my pocket so I looked to these to replace them.Pros:-Like other Jabra earbuds, they sound great & fit me very well-Indoors typically they work wonderfully for calls and listening to musicCons:-As soon as I wear them outdoors and it is a windy day – they fritz out, emit a loud beep and then reboot. They will continue to do it every couple minutes on a really windy day – basically rendering them useless for my use outside of the house.-The same has happened when wearing them while working in the shop – a table saw or impact driver and they freeze and reboot. Previous earbuds did not do this at all.

Enjoy the sound BUT never auto connects to my phone
I like the platform to personalize along with the essence tutorials and prompted as your learning to use them. Sounds is good as well.But all that is overshadowed by the fact that they never connect to my phone without me having to go thru the Bluetooth menu to force the connection. This leaves me without ear buds when a call comes in if I wanna switch over it put them in to answer. This poor functionality renders them close to useless for me as it’s not efficient and can get quite frustrating to feel like your doing an initial pairing / setup each for I want to use them. I’d like to keep them but can’t if this will be the case. I’m open to an exchange to try a different set of by chance this is just a faulty pair. I’m very familiar with Bose and AirPods so know how they should work. I use a Samsung Ultra 22+

surpising built and sound quality !
My over-the-ear headphones broke, so I borrowed my wifeâs Jabra earbuds for the day. I was blown away by how easily they fit into my ears and how great the sound quality was. The next day, I went ahead and bought the new version. Iâm really impressed with the build quality and the sound quality, which is balanced and not too exaggerated. Iâve been using them for the gym and running, and they feel really secure. The noise-canceling is pretty good, Iâd say itâs as good as Bose.

Yes, better than the Elite 75t
If you were waiting for a better 75t, this is it. I had the Elite 7 Active and what a disappointment it was.The Elite 8 Active have great bass, ANC, and better all-around sound. It’s very good at everything, so at least for me, I just need one pair of true wireless earbuds: at the office, gym, traveling, or at home.

Very capable earbuds with noise cancellation i have to say is better than my sony wf-1000xm5.however, itdoes have difficulty reacting to quick loud sounds,telephone calls worked really well.music is not the strong suit, ok for podcasts and casual listening,fits like it is glued to my ear. won’t go anywhere no matter how hard you shake your head,also small enough to sit flush to my ear so i can turn my ear to a pillow and it doesn’t feel uncomfortable.the bluetooth to airplane audio jack feature in the case is very intriguing.so good for travelling, work.and music for people not fussy about feeling they’re in a concert.this is the last generation available because jabra is getting out of the earbud business, so you have to like it out of the box because, while it can last a long time, the firmware updates and feature set is not guaranteed to be offered,
