I want another set!
I tried several brands/styles of headsets, but I love these. I’ve had them for ages and they are still going strong. Easy to turn on and off. Sound is good. My headset at work crapped out, so I’ll be replacing those with another set of JBLs.

Uncomfortable and Unresponsive
Despite great reviews for these headphones, they were some of the worst I’ve tried. Very uncomfortable in my ears, with a stiff cord (forced behind the head). Sad that it came from JBL which is a key player in headphones. The sound was OK, but the controls were not responsive. I prefer the “lesser” hook-style headphones from Otium and mPow.

Superb Purchase
First of all I have to mention how much I LOVE the JBL brand which brought me back to purchase this wireless model. Since normally I’m not a lover of wireless to begin with, purchasing a new tablet that did not have a portal allowing charging capability while listening gave me no choice. These are fabulous!! Since I’m not a techy kinda gal, shockingly I found it quite easy to connect it, turn on/off, recharge, volume up and down with great ease. Being resourceful is the name of the game these days and learning from others. So if you don’t understand something and need to know, ask questions and read…you shouldn’t have a problem using these great buds. I highly recommend them…the sound is superb especially for the price and they stay in your ears really well. I can’t vouch for an active workout, but these have been an excellent purchase. My husband even asked where I got them and he never asks about where I buy anything!!!

Annoying auto touch
I’m never compelled to write a review but I’ve been giving these a shot for months after my favorite wireless workout headphones (as an acrobat) were discontinued. The back neck band and over ear buds are essential for going upside down/not losing anything and being workout proof, so in that aspect these are okay but I wish there were more options for this kind of style to begin with…That said, these are absolutely awful for working out and annoying at best for casual listening. The slightest little touch turns them off completely – automatically and won’t turn on again unless they’re physically taken off and powered up again. If you’re working out and your shoulder/arm even grazes the side, they will pause. There doesn’t seem to be a way to turn off the automatic sensors either… If you take one bud out of your ear to rest on your shoulder for even a second, they will completely shut down. It’s frustrating before long. Sound is okay.

This product is amazing it’s easy to use and the connection from this product to my phone really easy, the sound really clear and even the volume is low it’s still clear.

Mine accidentally went through the washing machine and they still work. I have had a few pairs of these headphones over the years. It is a robust design that takes alot of punishment.The best part about these is you can never lose one of the earphones, as they are linked together. This is a common problem with other Bluetooth headphones. They can store them behind your neck and over your shoulders, but be careful not to lose them.
