Sound quality comfort ease of use
I bought at least 10 different pairs with the thought of returning the ones that failed i want them mostly for great quality hi definition sound next watch TV and movies third phone calls these are the ones that I kept five stars fantastic soundstage is amazing you can close your eyes and very clearly hear where the instruments and voices are grate bass right out of the box incredible treble and mids works well on the phone and gives you a great almost surrounded experience watching TV and movies if you live in a apartment or don’t want to bother family members the case is great although a little tough to navigate has all the options you could hope for battery life is great and charging is fast (remove the factory stickers over the charging points) my only draw back is price point 300 is a lot for ear buds but they are the ones I kept because at the end of the day they flat out perform and do what they claim i forgot to they were also the most comfortable of all the ones that I tried and feel secure and stay I’m place very well noise canceling is also fantastic if you don’t want to spend 300 dollars i also kept the liberty 4 pros for half of the cost they are very very close and less expensive and offer all the same bells and whistles I love technology and getting what I paid for both of these had me sold from the minute I put them in my ears

LOVE these earbuds.
I purchased the JBL Tour Pro 3 without ever listening to them. I was pleasantly surprised when I got them set up and broken in. They have a wonderful enveloping sound and it’s you’re surrounded by music with great highs and they dig fairly deep for earbuds. I was hesitant on if I’d really use the screen and thought maybe it was a gimmick, but it’s actually very useful and it has quite a few screens and features you can change and not have to break out your phone and use an app. I’ve got the Denon Perl Pro and Technics EAH-AZ80 to compare them to. They are just as good as both of those. Take the time to find the right ear bud size and you are good to go. Enjoy!!!

Right earbud dead within 24 hrs.
Build quality is TERRIBLE!! The right earbud completely died within 24 hours, with less than an hour of light use. When it did work, the features and sound quality were good, but that doesnât matter if it breaks so quickly!

Feature-packed, but lacking performance.
These earbuds have very good audio in general, with typical JBL somewhat bass-heavy sound. However, the equalizer function’s customizability easily compensates for the coloration. Other features include Ambient Noise Cancelling, spatial audio with optional head tracking, a smart charging case with touchscreen controls for nearly all features, a companion mobile device app with controls for all features, the case can be used as a transmitter to get the sound to the earbuds from non-Bluetooth devices with audio out via USB (A or C) or â inch (3.5 mm) headphone jack, or anything that can be adapted to one of those. Buds are capable of receiving Auracast audio. You can also listen to your tracks in high-resolution LDAC audio at 24 bits & 96 kHz. The only major features that I’ve seen elsewhere, that the Tour Pro 3 lack is a case that doubles as a Bluetooth speaker or a power bank. But honestly, does anyone really want to carry that extra weight around with the earbuds all the time? I already have a power bank and several Bluetooth speakers. I only carry them around when I reasonably expect to want or need them.However, I found the experience of using the buds for the first time less than satisfying. The main reason for replacing my previous earbuds was declining battery life. But though they were inexpensive (brand 233621, model Zen), they had what I now realize to be excellent broad-spectrum ANC. The Tour Pro 3, in contrast, even at their maximum ANC setting, allow quite a lot of high-frequency noise through that the Zen cancel. This was quite noticeable and annoying while vacuuming the house. I expect better from a flagship product of a well-known brand such as Harman/JBL. If I hadn’t gotten them at the Cyber Monday discount with the help of a gift card that covered half the cost I would definitely be returning them and getting something else.I have read elsewhere that the Tour Pro 3’s 360 Spatial Audio is also lackluster, but having nothing to compare it to, I can’t say much about it. Head tracking seems to work as expected when enabled, moving sounds from center to left or right as I move my head, but the spatial effect is minimal for me. I’m one of those for whom headphones and earbuds nearly exclusively produce sound that seems to come from inside my head on a line between my ears. Without head tracking, the Tour Pro 3’s spatial audio adds fullness and extension so sounds hard-panned left and right (or nearly so) seem to come from outside my head, and those from nearer the center of the stereo image seem to be slightly forward and less sharply defined, but still inside my head. Using headphones or earbuds, I’ve never heard any effect that made the sounds seem to emanate realistically from somewhere in front of me. It’s likely that I never will, just because of how my ears and brain are.Verdict: I’ll keep them, but if I had known in advance how weak the Tour Pro 3’s ANC was, I would have chosen another brand & model.

I was advised not to buy such expensive earbuds from an Audiophile buddy. But I did it anyway and I have no regrets these are awesome. I think the noise canceling and Spatial Audio is my favorite. When Iâm at work I just use ambient aware and I can still hear my surroundings while listening to some music.The case isnât very useful, itâs a cool bonus feature but thatâs not what makes these awesome. You have to have your phone nearby to listen to music anyways. So I just use the app to adjust or change settings. But it was a screen⦠wireless charging is nice and quick. But I just love these and you probably will too.

Wish they were here
Product never arrived, but purchased some at Best Buy and they work FULLY with Playstation 5. Battery life when using case as a dongle provides 4.5 hours of gameplay. Great features and sound

Amazing sound
First thing you should do is go into settings and change it to LDAC instead of Bluetooth and OMG!! The sound is incredible!! If you use Spotify, also be sure to have the highest possible audio quality set. I can hear every little cymbal so crisp!For the sound quality alone these get 5/5
