Amazing for price!
I’ve had theses for 3 years now and I have used them almost every day since I’ve bought them. They are very comfortable, long lasting battery, and the sound is good for the price. On the bad side of things they will fall out while working out/ any intense movement really and sometimes are a pain to pair, noise cancelation also isn’t that great. Unfortunately I have lost one of them so I decided to finally upgrade, will definitely be sticking with JBL!

Solid Value, Missing Small Features
These are a typically great JBL product at their price point; the sound quality is very good for a value earbud. I find there to be an appropriate balance of treble/mids/bass out of the box, and I think that the highs are super crisp and bass can really boom. I find that they fit and seal well to stay snug in place and provide great passive noise-cancellation to block ambient sound. They’re a little large, but I don’t wear them for fashion, and I’m guessing the size helps with sound quality and power, as well as battery capacity. The battery life is very good, and it recharges quickly. I also personally prefer the hard button on the buds rather than a touch button. Overall, I really like these, especially having gotten them on a half off sale.However, I have 3 surprising issues with them I wish I’d known before buying… Lack of volume control, no incompatibility with the JBL app, and the case size/lack of lid.First, the buttons on the earbuds can’t control volume, which makes absolutely no sense. Other JBL and earbud products allow volume control on one earbud and playback control on the other. These have the exact same functions on both left and right, which seems like a wasted opportunity. Also, that means the volume is entirely dependent on the source/playback device, and if the output from there is too loud/quiet for your preference, well…. you’re stuck. With my phone, these earbuds were VERY loud even on the lowest volume setting possible. NOTE: I have a Samsung Galaxy (Gen 8), so I was able to go in and mess with the stock Samsung equalizer (Sound Settings > Advanced Sound Settings > Sound Quality and Effects) to turn the decibel levels way down and make them usable in all ambient settings. I was unsurprisingly unable to do this on my iPhone 11, though, as its Music EQ is very basic…. Android wins again! Regardless, I’ve read other customers have the same but opposite issue, where the earbuds are too quiet on the highest volume setting. Avoidable and frustrating, but potentially a work around for some…. The second problem is that there’s no compatibility with the JBL app, which means you can’t customize the EQ sound profile on less funtional playing devices (ahem, iPhone…) like you can with most newer JBL headphones, nor adjust the volume further, which is a feature I’d really appreciated with other JBL products. Lastly, a small thing: I find the charging case to be unnecessarily large and its lack of a lid a little unsettling. If the size means the charging capacity is greater, then that’s fine, and the magnet is very strong and seems to hold them in well enough upside down and even when shaken violently, but the case is bigger than I want for pants pockets and I can see the earbuds being knocked loose and falling out in a bag/purse with other items.In all, a solid buy, but there may be a newer version or another JBL product with similar sound/quality that have earbud volume control, app compatibility, and a better/smaller case that’d be preferable.

As an Apple fanatic and personal trainer Iâve had Beats by Dre headphones and have stayed away from AirPods bc they make my ear uncomfortable and Iâm scared of loosing them bc theyâre so experience. I have bought three of these and I still havenât spent what I would have one paid or AirPods.Sound is good. Noise cancellation is good. Ease of Bluetooth connection and value for money- all good.Only issue is that because the case is open , if you drop it they go flying. Which can happen with any earbud case even if itâs closed

Sound quality great (with correct fit), BUT the connection skips
I used these for over a year. At first I thought the sound quality sucked, but then after switching to the larger ear adapters, I realized I just wasn’t getting a good enough seal between the headphones and my ear. After figuring out the fit, the sound quality was excellent. Not 100% perfect, but maybe 90%. They only slightly lacked definition and crispness in the very high end. If you’re not an audiophile you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.However, these have a very annoying feature where the audio would cut out for a second or two every once in a while. Based on that, I would not recommend these. There are way too many other options out there.Also, the design of the case is stupid in that it lacks a top to keep the headphones in place. If you drop the case, the headphones go flying out.

Great Christmas gift
This was a great value for my money! I had to buy 3 one for each of my older sons! They loved the color! Itâs comfortable! Itâs easy to charge and holds a charge! The touch control is easy to use!

Worth writing a review
I’ve NEVER taken the time to write a review but these earbuds earned it. For starters quality is great, comfortable fit and I wore them all day. They have a long battery life. I probably only charged them every other week. I’ve had them since 2022 and by the grace of God they still work. I lost the left one for 2 WEEKS when I was riding my horse, in that 2 weeks it rained for one of them. Plugged it into the case and it came back to life. It endured the teething raptor stage of my German Shepard puppy, replaced the silicone pieces and good as new! I’ve left them in my horse trailer in 100â° heat, no problem. To say they are indestructible is an understatement. Bottom line, for the cavemen out there, 10 outta 10 recommend.

Love the terrific sound so far . Once you place in your ear itâs automatic connected that a cool feature itâs mean you donât have to fool around with ur smart phone and try to connect through your setting â¦. Worth the money folks

Hace dos años los compre y siguen funcionando muy bien. Se me han caÃdo de alturas grandes, los he utilizado para hacer ejercicio y los he dejado conectado por horas a la luz, pero siguen excelentes. Yo considero que tienen buen audio y los he utilizado en llamadas sin ningún problema.Recientemente compre otro par como regalo y también sin problema alguno.Lo único malo que podrÃa decir es que no tienen tapita, entonces cuando caen salen volando, pero fuera de eso no se salen de su estuche porque tienen un imán que los mantiene adentro.

Me gusta su tamaño, son ligeros y cómodos. A los audÃfonos per sé, solo les dura la baterÃa 5 horas pero al guardarlos se cargan y al volverlos a sacar ya están totalmente cargados. El estuche de cargador suelo cargarlo una vez por semana.El único detalle que no me gustó es que no hay manera de regular el volumen con ellos como con otros modelos JBL y debo hacerlo desde el celular nada más.
