Overall Review Pros & Cons
The JONSBO D41 MESH SC is a sleek, high-performance ATX mid-tower case that pairs style and functionality, delivering a compelling choice for builders looking to house powerful components like the RTX 4090. Hereâs an in-depth look at what it offers:Design & Build QualityThe D41 MESH SC exudes a minimalist yet sophisticated design with its full black color and fine mesh front panel that strikes a balance between aesthetics and functionality. The mesh design not only adds a modern look but also allows for excellent airflow, making it an ideal choice for high-powered setups. The build quality is solid, with sturdy materials that feel robust and well-crafted. The addition of a customizable screen on the front panel is a unique touch, giving users the ability to monitor temperatures or display personal animations, adding both style and utility.GPU & Component CompatibilityThis case shines in terms of compatibility. It supports large GPUs, including the massive RTX 4090, with an allowance of up to 400mm in length, so you wonât need to worry about space constraints for high-end graphics cards. With ample room for cooling, you can install either a 360mm or 280mm AIO cooler, which is essential for builders looking to push their system to the limits. The case also supports both ATX and SFX power supplies ranging from 100mm to 220mm, giving you flexibility with your power solution without compromising on space.Tool-Free Design & Ease of BuildThe D41 MESH SC features a mostly tool-free design, making installation a breeze. This design is particularly helpful if you plan to frequently upgrade or swap out components, saving time and reducing hassle. The case provides adequate cable management options, which helps keep your build neat and optimized for airflow.Cooling & AirflowThe mesh front panel and spacious interior allow for excellent cooling potential. With support for multiple fans and large radiators, the D41 MESH SC can handle demanding setups while maintaining cool temperatures. Its airflow design is efficient, and paired with the mesh front panel, it provides natural ventilation to keep temperatures down, even with high-performance components installed.Screen & CustomizationThe front panel screen is a standout feature. You can customize it to display hardware stats, system temps, or even animations. This feature not only adds a personalized touch to your setup but also provides real-time feedback on system performance, making it both functional and fun.Pros:Sleek, modern mesh design with solid build qualitySupports large GPUs, including the RTX 4090Excellent compatibility with ATX and SFX power suppliesTool-free design simplifies installation and upgradesCustomizable front screen for monitoring and personalizationCons:Mid-tower size might be bulky for some setupsLimited RGB customization options (depends on preference)Custom screen could use more integration options with third-party softwareVerdict:The JONSBO D41 MESH SC Black ATX Computer Case offers exceptional value and versatility, especially for users looking to build a high-performance system with ample cooling and GPU compatibility. Great new case, with bonus screen
Super happy with the case, and it’s cable management. It’s well built, with easy to clean filters, and fit my needs perfectly with getting a nice desktop case without breaking the bank. The screen was a nice addition. You can set it up as an extra monitor, and use it as a whole other screen. You’ll need additional software to display PC h/w specs or other widget type information. It’s just another screen, so plan ahead with how you’ll use it.

Not quite what I want.
It is a well made case, painted well, with good fitment, has no sharp edges and requires no more than a Philips screwdriver to build in. It is about as small as a full ATX case can be and still accept a large graphics card and a 360 AIO. Part of the reason it is small is that the PSU mounting does not require a wasteful bottom compartment. Instead, the PSU is put into a space that is typically not utilized. So the space utilization is very good. It seems clever. But one thing I didn’t like was that with a roof mounted 360 rad, the PSU hot air output feeds into the 360 rad which reduces the AIO effectiveness. You can easily build a shunt/partition that will direct the PSU air to the front mesh panel (cardboard/tape would work). Unfortunately such a shunt affects the air path to AIO rad. Also the lid on the roof is meshed but fairly finely. Likewise the floor has a mesh that obstructs the floor fans. The inlet sides of the floor fans are close to the floor mesh and consequently noisier. The end result is that IMO, the design has unnecessary airflow restrictions, this matters a lot when case size (and hence surface area) is reduced but the amount of heat energy that must be vented is still high. This can be partly compensated for with higher fan speed but results in more noise. So it is well made case, small is size due to good space utilization, easy to build in but with air flow issues that result in more noise. For me, the noise was the deal breaker.

Good aesthetic case with lots of features
This was my first PC that I built, and this case made it relatively easy. I struggled with cable management a bit, but I will chalk that up to my own lack of skills rather than the case’s fault. There is a large channel in the back where most of your cables can fit, its more a matter of getting everything tidy. The front mounted power supply is really nice, as it leaves the bottom open for intake fans and for the possibility of an atx motherboard. I used the Phantom Gaming 4 a/c, and it is a very basic board but I got everything working and fitting correctly easily. The case does have a Lightning USB port which I wasn’t able to utilize, but for the price point it is a good feature. The construction felt very sturdy, and all the mesh panels were super easy to take off and access everything.Definitely purchase this when you have the chance, this is a case that can last you a lifetime. Lots of room for upgrades, whether you want a bigger motherboard, bigger GPU, or a 3 fan AIO.

Well Designed, Quality Case
I’ve been building PC’s occasionally for 30-years and have used Lian-Li, Antec, and a several Jonsbo’s. This is my favorite by a good margin – I’ve purchased two of them. It’s relatively compact, the appearance is clean, and I found it easy to build in. Well done Jonsbo.

Opened box 1 minute and question myself, what can a $245 case be such worse! This is the one!1 The back panel can not even close, fall off every time!2 Cheap made steal, I don’t even want to touch it anymore3 The quality is not match a $70 Cooler master caseUpdated: A cheap made case should be matched its price. For a $249, Jonsbo shouldn’t use such cheap quality material, it’s a shame.* DO NOT BUY*
