Good kid’s tablet, Great seller
I bought one of these for my toddler grandkids to be able to use simple apps for drawing and the like. No non-educational games, streaming, or other distractions, but just an electronic coloring book sort of thing, that can grow with them for awhile.It’s perfect for that purpose. It’s not lightning fast for more grown-up tasks, but that’s not what I had in mind. The speed and power is good for its intended purpose.Stupidly, after getting this all set up for the kids (still too young to use it), I had a senior moment and forgot the PIN, and even more stupidly, had not stored it anywhere. So, I needed to reset the tablet and start over. Unfortunately, there appears to be no way to restore this thing to factory state. I’m a retired IT guy, so not unaware of how to do this, but I could not find any way to do it.I contacted the company in China, not expecting to get any response or help, but they were actually very responsive. They tried their best to find a way to reset the thing, but it just wouldn’t work. But what they did do was send me a brand new tablet under warranty. This, despite the fact that it’s my own dumb fault for not making note of the PIN. They took responsibility for the fact that the device won’t reset.So, great response from Paintanry, and a good product for its purpose.

Piece of junk…paperweight after 41 days. Don’t waste your $
Please don’t waste your time or money on this tablet. My 2yr old has had this tablet for 6 weeks, he used it approximately 4hrs per day and all of a sudden it just stops working. My child really loved this thing and actually took really good care of it, so I’m comfortable saying that it wasn’t user damaged. Now I’m out of $85 and absolutely have to buy something else to take it’s place 😡

Funcional Kid’s Tablet
The paitanry R16 Kid Tablet, although designed as a “kid’s” tablet, is a perfect second tablet for adults to use to watch videos and surf the web. I use it everyday to read books on my Kindle app and watch movies on Netflix. There are no problems or issues with buffering.Pro’s:- Processor: Although it is supposed to be low-to-mid tier, the quad-core chip works as expected. I never noticed a difference in performance. But keep in mind, don’t expect to have lots of apps open and running in the background. I always made sure to only have 2 – 3 apps running simultaneously.- Screen: Even though it is basically only a 720p, the 10+ inch screen is vibrant and easy on the eyes.- Google Apps: The tablet comes installed with Google services, so it is easy to add all the usual Google apps.Con’s:- Battery: The 5000 mAh battery does not last past a day. Although it does help that the tablet only has a regular HD (720p) screen and mid-range processor that are not battery intensive.- Cameras: Both the rear and front cameras are not ones to “write home about”. It is adequate for quick photos to post on social media, but don’t expect “perfect” photos or selfies.I am happy with it as a basic kids tablet and I would recommend it.

Tablet not powering up
I had issues with powering up my tablet, I reached out to Anry tech via email with my concerns. The response was swift, the process was hasle free and Bruce made sure he resolved my issue with replacing my device. I give 5 stars to this company they are really good to do business with.
