I bought this for my 3 year olds birthday. He loves it. This was easy to set up out of the box. There are so many great educational games. He thinks he is just playing, but he is definitely learning as well. The included kid proof case is durable. He has dropped it more times than I can count without any signs of damage. The picture is crystal clear. I definitely appreciate the parental controls so I can not only manage content but also the amount of time spent on it. The battery lasts a long time so it’s great for trips.

Unusable slow
Unbelievable slow, spent 3 hours just trying to set it up, every button press results in a wait, event the simplest task takes forever. Zero quality control went into this, just slapped together lowest end hardware. Spent so much time starting at “System UI Error” I couldn’t take it any more and returned the 2 I bought. I don’t have the words to describe how sluggish the UI is on this thing, it’s not just slow, it’s not usable for anything. How could you possible use this for ANYTHING when the UI can’t keep up with the Android setup process? Worst garbage I’ve purchased in a long, long time. You can’t fix something this bad, it simply should not exist.

Bought a blue and a pink one for my son & daughter. The blue worked great right out of the box. Pink one does not. Charged it for 3 hours pushed all the reset buttons as the troubleshooting instructed and it still does not work. Sending this one back and getting a replacement. Fingers crossed the new one will work.

Great tablet but…..
This tablet was much larger than I expected. The pre loaded apps were amazing but I didn’t like the default home setting but thankfully you can change it to the standard home setting. The stand however is very stiff and doesn’t move very well nor keeps the tablet from falling over if angled at all. It constantly falls over when my daughter is watching it if she is sitting it up on the stand instead of holding it.
