Crap Reliability but Great Sound
Shoulda known what was gonna happen with these. Went through a pair in a week and a half and tried to get it replaced but the replacement had a muddy audio quality. My AKG earbuds that came with my Samsung phone weren’t the best soundwise but lasted a whole heck of a lot longer than this. If they weren’t so shoddy on the quality I’d almost rate these and give it another go but this was ridiculous.

They break easily
I need round earbuds, I cannot get used to the ones that are shaped for right and left ears, they hurt when in the correct ear. These are one of the few remaining headsets that are round. Hopefully I can find more soon.

3.5mm jack pulls out too easily
The 3.5mm jack pulls out too easily with only slight force so then the phone blasts audio. this is unacceptable for use in bed.
