More fun then anything this cheap has a right to be.
Really enjoyed this, and playing with my son. I remove one star because the HDD external hookup of an INTERNAL SATA 3.0 cable is bizarre, and makes safely storing the HDD or getting a cooler for it impossible. I would much rather have a USB 3.2 hookup for the HDD. THAT or it needs to have a case that can keep and cool the HDD within it. (kinhank if you would make a dock for this and the HDD, that kept DD internal and colled I’d buy it!) I have never seen a device with an extrenal SATA 3.0 cable. I have looked and I can find NOTHING that will house the HDD safely that comes with external sata 3.0. Still, it’s an amazing device for the money over all and works very well and was lots of fun to play with my son. I am hoping I can transfer the drive to a SSD, and use the usb hook up instead. That will cost more then this unit however, and am unsure if it can load that way. Fix the case and allow for internal drive placement and teh main issue would be fixed.
